Native Kamahi Honey with Hawke's Bay Lemon Session Mead

A modern, Kiwi take on a historic drink. 

A light, refreshing session mead brewed from some of the very best honey the globe has to offer. The P?hutukawa blossom, iconic to the coastal regions of the Coromandel, creates delicate and well balanced honey. The smooth honey flavours are perfectly complemented by Northland strawberries for a rounded session mead, with fresh hints of lime and apple to maintain a crisp flavour profile.

Does not contain: Artificial flavours, artificial colours, preservatives or added sugar. 

5.5% ABV.

Brewed using traditional Czech Pilsner methods.  Fruit and spicy hop characters are dominant, with a wild malt backdrop and a crisp, clean finish.

A lengthened maturation process also adds complexity.

A great champagne made by father-son grower-winemaker team. The pair are based in Ay, also home to Champagne Bollinger, to which they sell approximately half of their grapes each year. The vineyards around Ay in the Champagne region are focussed strongly on Pinot Noir, which makes this wine taste toasty and rich. These alluring savoury qualities are softened, mellowed and added to in the autolytic process of ageing the bubbles in the bottle while the lees (decomposing yeast cells) break down, releasing deliciously rich flavours on the journey. 

A great champagne made in relatively small volumes, pushing boundaries of great flavour to new heights. 

A luxurious stout with heady notes of roasted caramel, dark chocolate and black coffee with a splash of sticky, sweet vanilla. This beer is loaded with gooey, flame-kissed marshmallows for the ultimate campfire indulgence!

Classic Lager Taste. Half the size. Meet 2.3% ABV Northern Light Vienna Lager. Crisp lager profile upfront with cracker-like aroma. It drinks smooth & hits above its weight with a surprisingly full body for such a low ABV beer. Toasty & bready malt palate hints of biscuits to a clean, dry finish with just enough bitterness to keep it refreshing.

Session Lager - 2.6% ABV

Brugse Zot Dubbel is a dark brown beer, inclinging towards ruby red. It is brewed with six special varieties of malt, which give the beer a rich and distrinctive aroma. One can discover the scent of honey, almonds, chocolate and even brown sugar.

7.5% ABV

One of our staff reckons this is his secret weapon of seduction. Bearing that in mind I was reluctant to try it for fear of falling into his web, but when I did I found it goes wonderfully with a martini and even drizzled on top of plain vanilla ice cream.; A great gift for any would-be lothario or temptress.

Tui East India Pale Ale is a light, crisp, and delicately malted beer. After opening the screw cap and nursing your torn finger you should notice a distinct aroma of the Mangatainoka River. No? Rest the bottle neck gently under your nostril and give it another sniff, you?ll get it.

4% ABV.

100% Blue Weber, aged 7-9 years, from the rich clay soil of the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

AROMA: Caramel with hints of cocoa.

FLAVOR: Notes of dried fruits and spicy oak with a touch of sweet agave.

AGED: 7 months in premium American white oak barrels.

Dry champagne with dialled up toasty flavours and a relatively rare little number too since it's made entirely from Pinot Noir, hence the name Blanc de Noirs which is French for white of black and refers to a white sparkling wine made.

This Black Estate Home Pinot Noir was grown on the Home Vineyard located in North Canterbury on a north facing sedimentary clay fan on a gentle hill side slope.

Deep ruby in the glass with perfumed, alluring open and fresh berry fruits, earth, custard and sandalwood on the nose. Supple sensual fruit on the palate with supporting tannin. offering a soft, structural, crisp and mineral experience. Drink now to 2025.

Full-flavoured and completely alcohol-free: naturally brewed following German Beer Purity laws, Bitburger Drive 0,0% Alcohol-free has an unmatched taste. 

Impressive and iconic Pinot Noir from North Canterbury with commanding firm tannin structure and deep savoury flavours. Rich, ripe red and black plum aromas lead into a structured beautiful wine with spicy notes and earthy depth of flavour. This wine is unfined and unfiltered, which means it is ticks the vegan box and also may have some sediment. It also adds depth of flavour to this lovely Pinot Noir.

Pyramid Valley wines has a new lease of life following the untimely passing of its founder, Mike Weersing, whose insights and dedication to biodynamic winemaking providing an inspiration and impetus to the industry. The 2019 vintage provided ripe grapes which went into this full bodied, rich, ripe and savoury expression of Pinot Noir. It was bottled unfined and is vegan. 

This lovely dry Sauvignon Blanc has delicious bright fruit flavours and a French-Kiwi connection as it is made in the Loire Valley, France, by a family that also owns a winery in Marlborough. 

Flavours here are remarkably aromatic on the nose with floral and fruit aromas of citrus, apple and gooseberry aromas with hints of passionfruit on the palate.

Martinborough Pinot Noir at its best with earthy aromas, dried red fruit flavours and freshness. Kereru is the brainchild of lawyer-winemaker, John Porter, who donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of every bottle of Kereru Pinot Noir towards the upkeep and maintenance of a block of restored land with the aim of retaining its restoration into native forest for future generations.

This wine drinks beautifully now at seven years old and retains gorgeous bright fruit freshness with a core of savoury complexity and a long finish. We think it represents great value for money.
