Le Tribute Gin comes in a beautiful light green fluted glass with glorious copper accents that has been designed to look like an antique medicine bottle.
This gin was made by the same team who created the highly celebrated Gin Mare. Distilled seven times with a focus on citrus botanicals, Le Tribute is a stunningly vibrant citrus gin. Citric presence on the nose with fruity and juniper notes. Fresh and fruity on the palate with vibrant citric notes and an underlying touch of lemongrass and juniper. Fresh yet dry enough.
The tonic has specially sourced quinine from the Loja Provence in Ecuador and has notes of Lemongrass to pair perfectly with the gin.

Unit price perOriginally brewed to celebrate the tercentenary of Britain's oldest brewer, 1698 is a characteristically hoppy Kentish ale, and has Protected Geographical Indication, the same unique regional protection afforded to Champagne and Parma Ham.
The ale matures naturally in the bottle and can be enjoyed fresh or allowed to settle for a few months to mellow. The natural effervescence produced by bottle-conditioning – the interaction of yeast and brewing sugars – gives 1698 fine, Champagne-like bubbles that further enhance the fragrance, flavour and overall drinking experience.
A silver medal winner in the Taste of Britain Awards, 1698 has been included in the International Beer Challenge's World's Top 50 Beers and has won a Gold Award from the British Bottlers' Institute.
6.5% ABV.
Back in the 1880s Alfred Barnard, author of The Whisky Distilleries of the United Kingdom, enjoyed an 8 year old Lagavulin he described as "exceptionally fine". As part of their 200th anniversary celebrations, the distillery have therefore decided to recreate an 8 year old! It's bottled at an exciting 48% abv and was matured in refill European and American oak casks.
Nose: Salted popcorn, honey-roasted nuts, tarry ropes and light hints of freshly-chopped cedar. A touch of burnt sugar sweetness lingers.
Palate: Smokey peat appears first on the palate, followed by coriander seed, barley sugar, cumin powder, smoked kipper and marzipan.
Finish: Layers of apple crumble, toasted almond and ash. Another kick of cooking spices right at the end.

Unit price perDry as a bone and such good value for money with complex, fresh and deliciously yeasty flavours; made the same way as Champagne with lees ageing in this bottle (each individual bottle) but for a briefer time of maturation and at a fraction of the price.
Spanish Cava is one of the world's best value sparkling wines, made in the same way as Champagne, only typically with less lees aging time in the bottle, so that it is lighter in flavour but retains complexity - this wine is next level because it was aged for two years on lees (longer than many champagnes). Its point of difference is being made from the indigenous Spanish grapes with 60% Xarello, 20% Macabeo, 5% Parellada and 15% of other native grapes. It tastes super fresh, crisp and savoury. A great bubbly from the Iberian Peninsula.

Mix and enjoy
Sailor Jerry is a straight-up, no-nonsense rum. We craft the spirit from a selection of rums distilled in the Caribbean. Our master blenders "marry the rums to our exacting recipe, then infuse it with our one-of-kind mix of spices and other natural flavors, most notably vanilla and a touch of cinnamon. The result is high-quality, old-school spiced rum. An enduring classic, not a fly-by-night fancy.
Nose: Intense vanilla, dry buttery toffee and subtle cinnamon notes
Taste: Warm spices of cinnamon & nutmeg with rich vanilla. A long dry finish balanced with a subdued sweetness and a hint of burnt toffee Adding spices to rum is an old sailor's tradition. Those first rums were crude and harsh, so seamen would blend and mix in any spices they had on hand to improve the rum's flavor. Today the harshness is no more, but the art of spicing rum is alive and well.
