Made to the same base of recipes since 1821, Dolin Vermouth de Chambery has long been the benchmark for fine Vermouth. In the late 19th century, Dolin won medals in Paris, London, St. Louis and Philadelphia and in 1932 earned Chambery France's only Appellation d' Origine for Vermouth. Dolin Vermouth de Chambery is made of fine wines and botanicals found in the Alpine meadows above Chambery. Together they impart a fresh and elegant nose, with a subtle and complex palate. Ideal as an aperitif or in cocktails.

The particular mixture of plants found near Chambery gives a fresh, restrained and elegant nose, with a subtle, complex bittersweet palate. Aperol is the perfect aperitif. Bright orange in colour it has unique bitter-sweet taste deriving from a secret recipe that has remained unchanged since its creation. An infusion of precious primary components, many herbs and roots in a perfectly balanced combination. 

Aperol's strength is its low alcohol content, only 11%.

Advocaat is a traditional liqueur from Holland made from egg yolks, brandy, sugar and vanilla. Warninks Advocaat has been made in Holland since 1616 and was one of the original producers of advocaat. Warninks Advocaat is full bodied with a sweet and creamy texture with aromas of vanilla. Almost like "boozy custard!!? It is a classic brand that is enjoyed in many cocktails as well as neat or on the rocks.

Possibly the most popular brand of bitters, Angostura should be considered a must when stocking a bar of any seriousness. Made with a secret blend of tropical herbs and plants with the original intent of curing a variety of illnesses. The brand is now produced in Trinidad and the blend is still a well-kept secret. The oversized, awkward label has also become a trademark of the brand. It's said that the wrong size was ordered and everyone in the facility thought someone else would fix the mistake, no one did and the label remains.

For generations, Suze has been renowned for its original recipe and traditional production. Its aromatic complexity is the result of a subtle balance between fresh gentian and many different aromatic plants.

Campari is an Italian drink developed by Gaspare Campari in 1860. It is made by steeping a secret mixture of herbs in alcoholic spirits, creating a strongly flavoured alcoholic beverage. Used in a wide variety of cocktails or in the classic Campari and soda.

Unmistakably Cocchi in character, Vermouth di Torino is one of only two geographically protected AOC vermouths (the other being Chambery). This Storico Vermouth di Torino follows the regional tradition of using fine Moscato wine as its base, which is then infused with a secret recipe of local and exotic botanicals. This is a remarkably complex aperitif wine. On the nose, you immediately find aromas of singed orange peel, vanilla, and caramel. Over time, faint menthol notes develop into aromas reminiscent of dandelion and burdock. This vermouth is very full flavored, the palate immediately detecting a bitter, earthy character which is very well balanced against the sweeter notes of licorice, orange zest and sugar. A very bold, long finish, with the bitter/sweet balance staying with you to the end. Cocchi Americano means much more to Asti than a simple wine made with the infusion of herbs and spices. An aperitif par excellence. Cocchi's is widely regarded as the original Aperitivo Americano, and has been made continuously since 1891 using only natural ingredients. To aromatise the white wine a secret blend of herbs and spices, to name a few, gentian, cinchona and bitter orange peels, are added to the wine base which is then steeped over a period of time. In recent years Cocchi Americano has become a cult product in the circle of best sommelier and bartenders of the world. The complexity of this product is the first thing that surprises you. On the nose you initially detect notes of orange zest, orange flower and elderflower before more mature aromas of baked apple and pear drops emerge. Your palate will immediately appreciate the bitter/sweet balance as more bitter notes mingle with honey and citrus flavors, mainly orange and lemon zest. More wine-like characteristics become evident as the flavors develop into a long, vibrant finish, with the bitter and sweet notes remaining fresh until the end.
