The Reserve Chardonnay from Bogle is the biggest, creamiest Chardonnay we have from this producer in store at Regional and it's made from ripe grapes, which have spent significant time in new American oak barrels to gain creamy richness as well as spicy, cedar notes to add depth.

Bogle is best best known for its big, buttery, Californian Chardonnays so here is the red wine to match - a plush, soft, spicy and dark fruit tasting red made from the ZInfandel grape.

This grape is also known as Primitivo in Puglia, Southern Italy, and shares the same instant likeability of a big soft red for early drinking. It can hold and improve over the short to medium term; up to five years. 

Located in the Sonoma wine region of California, the name Chalk Hill comes from the unique volcanic soil of chalky white ash, which is a near perfect match for the planting of white wine varieties, like Chardonnay. The vineyards quest for quality has always been the basis for all their winemaking decisions.

This wine is balanced and bright with concentrated flavours of creamy lemon custard, poached pear, almond, and spice. Pair this Chardonnay with grilled salmon in a garlic butter sauce.

100% malolacitc fermentation - nine months on the lees in Hungarian oak 10% of which is new and 20% is one year old.

Dark and brooding, Cherrycream Dark is a delicious Cabernet Sauvignon with ripe black cherry, raspberry and mocha aromas. This wine is full bodied yet smooth, imparting lengthy vanilla notes with a hint of black liquorice on the finish. It has fruit and  body - and dazzles the senses with its scrumptious bouquet. Primarily made from Cabernet Sauvignon with just a little bit of of Merlot to subdue any harsh Cabernet tannins and envelope them with bright fruit flavours.

Creamy texture and hints of spice jump out of the glass from this warm climate California Pinot Noir. We end up with a sultry, smooth, cherry-forward wine with gorgeous silky textures on the palate that remind us of that feeling after we take a bite out of our grandmother?s famous cherry brownies.

Clay Creek Vineyards is part of a family owned winery which has been growing grapes since 1924. Sustainable farming practices are central to the family's firmly held belief that they are responsible for tending the earth using environmentally sensitive farming techniques.

The vineyards are predominantly located in the Lodi region of California wine country. Positioned between San Francisco Bay and the Sierra Nevada mountain range, the Lodi appellation, while relatively far inland, is able to maintain a classic Mediterranean climate featuring warm, sunny days and cool evenings.

A balance of fresh acidity adds a lingering finish to this full bodied dry wine.

Nestled alongside the Columbia River in eastern Washington, Columbia Crest winery opened its doors in the heart of the acclaimed Horse Heaven Hills in 1983.

This wine is 100% Chardonnay of which 36% of the blend was fermented in stainless steel tanks with no malolactic fermentation to showcase the bright acidity in the wine. The balance underwent weekly stirring in barrel allowing the wine to build complexity and structure.

Opens with fresh fruit aromas of baked apples and pears, joined by signature characters of cr?me brulee and caramel. Ripe orchard fruit flavors are joined by creamy, buttery notes and balanced by lively acidity.

The mysterious origins of the Zinfandel grape were uncovered in 2002 when DNA fingerprinting confirmed that Italy?s Primitivo and the slightly trickier to pronounce, Crljenak Kastelanski, an ancient Croatian variety, are genetically identical to Zinfandel.
