Brewed with a lager yeast and warm-fermented for a crisp, clean finish, this beauty is dry-hopped early with an epic blend of Citra, El Dorado, and Nelson Sauvin hops. The result? A pale, refreshingly light brew that explodes with tropical fruit, zesty citrus, and a hint of pine.

Tasting Note: Multiball Hazy IPA presents a dense, golden haze that promises an explosion of flavor, much like the exhilarating chaos of a multiball in pinball. With the first sip, you’re immersed in a wave of tropical bliss—juicy mango and ripe pineapple take center stage, enhanced by a zesty citrus burst that dances on your palate. Mosaic hops introduce a hint of complexity with subtle berry notes, while Citra delivers a lively, refreshing citrus punch.

Ahhhhh the Tropics. . .This IPA is the free tropical breakfast at the resort. Pawpaw, mango, watermelon and some crusty coconut.

The Trappist Monks know how to turn a beer into a Sacrament. Belgian Dubbels are brown ales harking back to the pre-industrial era, before blond ales were known. It was customary for an Abbot to offer hospitality to pilgrims visiting his monastery, in an age where it could be lethal to drink the water. Monks would serve a brown ale much like this beer to tired travellers to refresh and sustain them, only drinking it themselves on special feast days. Our beer is “double strength”, as opposed to table beers, that would be drunk all day. A mellow combination of chocolate and biscuit flavours, balanced with a generous handful of noble hops and rounded off with a famous estery Wallonian Abbey yeast, makes for an almost too easy drinking beer. Mon Dieu! Be careful, it’s stronger than it seems.

Fine Quail-ities is a fresh take on a classic beer featuring gentle marmalade hops US Chinook), supported by mild bready malt sweetness and the unique flavours of a warmer lager yeast ferment. Refreshing and satisfying!

7.0% - Pine infused Pacific Northwest IPA

Wander into the woods. In the Pines - Pacific Northwest style IPA, dripping with Oregon grown Chinook, Cascade, Strata and a touch of Simcoe and finished with a shot of distilled Douglas Fir extract. The result is a bright golden IPA, with clean juicy grapefruit bitterness, drenched in spicy citrus, sticky sativa and misty Oregon old growth aromatics. Lose yourself in a forest of flavour.

Rest your weary bones with a chilled glass of this American-hopped Pilsner. Think tropical flavours with a balancing bitterness never heavy enough to sink you.

We celebrated International Women’s Day by brewing a Mango Hazy Pale Ale. Made with Talus and Mosaic hops and mango puree, pouring a hazy golden hue, and leaving you with a tropical silky mouthfeel. Let’s raise a glass to the women who inspire us every day.
