Our bold and complex maibock-style ale that has been introducing countless beer drinkers to craft beer the world for over 25 years. Chock full of rich caramel malts and herbal hop nuances tied together with a balanced hop bitterness, this guy is still as drinkable as ever.

6.5% ABV

Almanac - Grand Cru White is an ode to our favorite aromatic white wines. We combined California Muscat Blanc grapes with an imperial version of our Farmer?s Reserve sour blonde base and fresh, locally-grown apricots before aging them for over a year in French oak barrels.

The result is a deeply fragrant hybrid that captures the Northern California terroir and seamlessly melds the complex tartness of a Belgian-inspired sour ale with the sun-ripened boldness of white wine grapes. Serve this very limited release alongside fresh raw oysters, steamed mussels and pair with decadent celebrations.

A sensory adventure in a can, our Caramel Mocha Latte defies the norms of brewing convention by packing in the robust coffee house flavors of a dark brew within the soft and easy drinkability of a blonde style. Very smooth with a caramel backbone and notes of coffee, chocolate and sublte hints of banking spice, this brew-venture just might become your best part of waking up.

Stone Delicious IPA has been a rising star in our lineup thanks to its intense lemony-herbal flavour and aroma. That got us thinking? Why not amp up the citrus factor even more? Adding Talus hops to the mix brings in vibrant tangerine notes which are further amplified by the addition of sweet orange peel. The result is extra citrusy, extra juicy and extra Delicious.

North Coast Tart Cherry Berliner Weisse is made with the juice of Michigan Montmorency cherries, whose addition softens the lactic finish of the beer and gives it a springtime blush.

Our award-winning interpretation of a Belgian-style wheat beer is brewed with oats, malted wheat, and raw wheat for a hazy ?white? appearance. Spiced with our own special blend of coriander and Cura?ao orange peel, Allagash White upholds the Belgian tradition of beers that are both complex and refreshing.

We found inspiration in the southern hemisphere for this year's anniversary beer. This double IPA is brewed with Peacharine and Riwaka hops and a special ingredient called Phantasm - an extract from sauvignon blanc grape skins - all sourced from New Zealand. Combined with some good old-fashioned Mosaic hops from the US and an amped-up grain bill, we've got ourselves a unique sensory experience full of dankness and tropical, citrusy notes. Coming in at a smooth 9.6% in honour of the year we started: 1996

Named after the ethereal song by the one and only Deftones, Phantom Bride IPA is a blend of Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops delicately balanced for the perfectly drinkable mix of citrus and hoppy goodness.

Like a fine port, Old Stock Ale is intended to be laid down. With an original gravity of over 1.100 and a generous hopping rate, Old Stock Ale is well-designed to round out and mellow with age. It?s brewed with classic Maris Otter malt and Fuggles and East Kent Goldings hops, all imported from England.
