St Bernardus Wit is a traditional Belgian white beer developed and brewed in collaboration with the legendary Master Brewer Pierre Celis. This ale is very pale (whitish-yellow color) and quite hazy. The head is white and dense. In aroma, it has a wheaty, apple-like, tartness; herbal-spicy notes with coriander and orangey fruitness and honeyish sweetness. Very refreshing: perfect thirst quencher

A Belgian-style wheat beer spiced with tangelos from our neighbour's Boric Orchard. Crazy fruity esters of banana courtesy of the yeast and aroma of delicious tangelos, light soft body with a tart finish. 

This is the latest in a series of Hallertau seasonal releases using Boric fruit as an adjunct for delicious beer.

The top-fermented wheat beer is specially brewed to obtain a tasty but also pungent wheat beer. This special type of brewing allows a particularly full and also very tasty wheat beer. The amber color comes through special malt, which also brings a caramel-like character and other taste facets in the beer.

The cloudiness receives this Benedictine wheat beer by the fine yeast , which means an important flavor carrier for this beer type. This top-fermented yeast gives the wheat beer a very fruity note that is even reminiscent of bananas. A special taste experience is the sweetness, which is to enter into a synergy with the fine dry aroma of the hop.

PRODUCT OF GERMANY. Liquid gold, unfiltered with a creamy foam crown ? the unique character of the yeast-white beer. Golden yellow with orange reflections is adorned with a firm foam that has a creamy consistency. A striking scent of bananas emerges. The fruity note is also continued on the palate. Florida weisse is our hazy and refreshing fruit sour that is bracingly tart. It pours with a pinkish hue and is absolutely brimming with the flavour of fresh raspberries
