After further refinements to our recipe, and being lagered for nearly 2 months, we bring you our third pilsner. We chose a name to honor our first street address, Henry St! It pours with a dense white head and pale golden color and has soft floral and crushed biscuit aroma. The flavor is elegant and crispy with an earthy grassiness and extremely clean finish with just a pleasant bitterness to round it out. We are excited for you to try our latest iteration of our blossoming lager program, we feel it’s a perfect companion for easy drinking summer days

Our newest Sour IPA, Temporal Loops, which is conditioned on Apricot and Peaches.
Atop a fluffy base, Temporal Loops uses our fruit forward Past and Present yeast blend, Apricot, Peach, and select hops. A luscious stone fruit aroma continues with matching flavors of pureed peach, apricot jam, light pear, and orange fruit roll-up with a touch of hoppy flavor and a tart finish. The body is full while still maintaining its drinkability thanks to its #balancedacidity to round it all out

String Theory uses a special version of our farmhouse mixed culture along with white wheat and strata hops before being conditioned on pink guava and strawberry.
Pouring bright pink, this beer releases notes and flavors of bright crushed berry jam, tart guava, strawberry jolly ranchers, and tropical fruit rollsups supported by an elegant bready and floral backbone. String Theory Pink Guava Strawberry is fruity yet contains zero residual sugars, and it is low in carbs. This generates a crisp, dry, and exceptional drinking experience with a beautifully balanced acidity and lingering minerality.

Cool down with an Orange Science, the latest and greatest in our zested pilsner series. Orange Science starts with a base of maize malt, newer pilsner yeast and a Motueka dry hop before adding Florida navel orange zest. Crispy and zippy lager flavors are met with a touch of Sunday mimosas, Orangina juice drink, and a dry, snappy orange finish

Starting off with a thic(5x) base we conditioned the finished liquid on Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, maple syrup, pecans, cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of Lactose.
Swirls and Spirals pours viscous with aromas of French toast, maple custard, and your favorite bake shop. The flavors work so well together offering notes of chocolate pudding, cinnamon coffee cake, sticky brown sugar, pecan sandies, and the perfect amount of vanilla frosting. Made with Peanut Butter, Marshmallow, and Banana- Fall From Grace pours jet black with a beautiful mocha foam and a full peanut butter and marshmallow nose. An imperial stout fit for a king, Fall From Grace is decadent and incredibly viscous. Flavors of fudge brownie, marshmallow fluff, and creamy banana pudding are complemented with spoonfuls of peanut butter cups and a velvety and luscious milkshake-like finish that helps coat the tongue, making this truly a dessert in a glass.

We tweaked our Elemental base with the intent of not barrel aging all of it, and conditioned it on Banana, Peanuts, Oreos, Madagascar Vanilla, and Lactose. All Wise pours like pitch black 10W-30 motor oil with a quickly dissipating head. Aromas of brownie batter, creamy banana, and roasted peanuts rise up before extreme flavors of rich German chocolate cake, banana creme brûlée custard, crushed Oreos with cream, and peanut butter fudge brownies all wrap up into a creamy super thiccccc mouthfeel that is a decadent treat fit for a King.

TABA Nelson is our Farmhouse IPA dry hopped with our hand selected Nelson Sauvin hops from Hop Revolution. TABA is our rotating series that explores hop interaction with our There and Back Again cultures. This Farmhouse IPA is a collaborative effort with our dear friend Dr. Jason Rodriguez. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a reproducible process that produces a beautiful and elegant farmhouse ale that is dry, slightly tart, full of flavor, and super drinkable. The interplay of our slow souring process, its respective microorganisms, hops, bitterness, gravity manipulation, and minerality have been through countless iterations over the years. We took our There and Back Again cultures and allowed it ferment over several months before dry hopping it with Nelson. We then bottle conditioned it for several months prior to today’s release. TABA Nelson is something for the beer and wine drinker alike. It pours a vibrant golden yellow releasing aromas and flavors of balanced citrus, white riesling grapes, apricot, pleasant funk, and crisp apple all wrapped up in a finish that offers an incredibly #balancedacidity. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated, it will continue to evolve over time if properly cellared.

Deceptively simple, we took our complex farmhouse base Austin, and dry hopped it with one of our favorite new hops, Strata. Stratavarious pours golden yellow with a pillowy head. Delicate aromas of straw and lemongrass transform into elegant layers of nuanced citrus, complex mango, grapefruit, bright melon and berry with a dry tart finish. Alfajores are popular South American dessert typically made with soft cookies pressed together with a sweet gooey filling in the middle. To emulate this classic, we conditioned a big base stout on Honey, Almonds, Hazelnuts, Coconut, and Madagascar Vanilla. Alfajores pours pitch black with a frothy tan head. Decadent notes and flavors of fudge brownie, almond shortbread cookie dough, Ferrero Rocher Hazelnut chocolates drizzled with honey, and coconut mudpie come together in a creamy and velvety finish with the perfect amount of honey to offset the chocolate malts. This beer is a fun one and is literally liquid dessert in a glass.
