Part of the Warriors Series originally launched for the travel retail market, Harald was matured in a mix of American and European oak casks and displays sweeter notes intermingled with spice and oak.

Tasting Note: Deep and complex bouquet of red cherry and sweet raspberry, pomegranate and hints of fresh zesty blood orange. Full-bodied yet extremely elegant, fine-grained but present tannins, minerally, youthful acidity and hints of Five Spice and a deep core of cool, vibrant fruit, lovely length, and persistence. Cellar 12 to 18 years.

Winemaking Notes: Harvested 9th April 2016, bottled 15th February 2018. Hand-picked and carefully selected 100% Abel Clone Pinot Noir grapes. All de-stemmed, cold-macerated and fermented in small batch stainless steel vats and left on grape skins for 4 weeks. Aged in 100% new French oak barriques of the Bourgogne Tonnelleries Rousseau, Remond and Meyrieux for 20 months. No fining and only light filtration before bottling.

?With a slew of red-berry and spicy nuances, this is a super-elegant pinot noir with very fine tannins that are now almost perfectly resolved. ?Plenty of spiciness to the hibiscus, ripe-cherry, strawberry, oyster, mushroom and earth aromas. Smoky, too. Full and dense. Then it changes to dried cherries with some citrus, closing up nicely with freshness and intensity. Needs time to open. First bottling of this. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold. Blood Moon is a brand new fruited sour out of our R&D program and heavily inspired by the humble and OG Florida Weisse - a softly sour and moderately fruity beer style out of Miami, USA. In true OD fashion though, we’ve amplified this fruit tube with a solid souring with our in-house lacto culture then piled in purees and concentrates of Blood Orange, Blood Plum, and Blood Cherry. Wowee what a combo for a good time! Fruity, tasty, and oh-so vibrant. Howl to this one and see where it takes ya.

Light and golden in colour. Fresh aromas of pear, toasted pine nuts, and lifted Turkish delight awaken your senses. Textured, structural, dry, fresh stone fruit roasted almond flavours mingle with fresh thyme and wild fennel. This multi-layered Pinot Gris is opulent yet clean, bright and juicy. The wine?s poised, beautiful texture leads to a well-balanced, persistent finish.

This blend of 66% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Franc and 2% Cabernet Sauvignon shows off a bright deep red colour with purple reflections. Red fruit aroma dominate the nose overlayed with subtle peppermint notes. Balanced and smooth with fine tannins, this is classic Bordeaux in style with a spicy rich finish.

THE YARN BEHIND THE BREW

Born one of eleven children, John Edward Shewry, better known as Ned, grew up just outside the border of the Whangamomona Republic. At 17, Ned and his brother Archie went to work, clearing their family farm with just an axe, a saw and a box of matches. His elders soon saw Ned’s potential with the Axe and entered him into the local Wood Chopping competition. Disposing of the local competition, Ned would go on to win multiple world titles, setting world records along the way. His skills became legend that he could dehorn cattle with one swift swing.

This NZIPA delivers a hefty blow of Rakau and Nelson Sauvin from Clayton Hops, and was first brewed for Smith’s NZIPA Challenge 2024 in Queenstown, New Zealand.

Straight from our pilot program we’ve gone and done ourselves a doozy for y’all - fresh additions of Aussie peach, banana, and coconut cream meet their match with vanilla crème and activated charcoal in a truly out-of-this-world creamy fruit fun tube. Classy unoaked Chardonnay from the Coteaux Lyonnais just north of the Rhone Valley and made by a well respected Rhone producer in the shape of Clusel Roch.

A bright fresh and energetic wine with citrus, white stone fruit and floral notes.

We stepped out of our comfort zone brewing this chocolate-forward porter. Enjoy this aristocratic digestif with Windsor yeast, an English strain that is infinitely more stable than the Royal Windsors. This is not a pedantic marquee beer, but a refined cigar bar after-party porter for beer-drinking patricians. Experience notes of chocolate, coffee and Malagasy vanilla, just like your favorite biscotti. Drink it with your nose in the air in your fanciest dress.

Careful with this critter. Gila Monster - California style IPA. Bright golden malt with a clean crisp finish, loaded with hot and cold side Citra, Simcoe and Chinook hops delivering juicy, quenching bitterness and masses of grapefruit, peach, pine and passionfruit. A real West Coast monster.

HAZY DOUBLE IPA

This dreamy double IPA will carry you off on floating tropical aromas with sweet notes of citrus and passionfruit balanced out by a light piney bitterness from the Amarillo, Simcoe and Cascade Cryo hops. Loaded with oats and wheat in the malt bill, this beer drinks smooth and creamy allowing the hops space to fly. Vibrant and refreshing!

We've packed in even more flavour punch with our first hazy cider. This delicious drop is crafted using juicy, tropical passionfruit and our freshly crushed Hawke's Bay apples. It's unfiltered, zingy and bursting with the real fruit flavour we're known for.

Little has changed since Thomas Cooper brewed his first batch of Sparkling Ale in 1862. It's still naturally conditioned in the bottle with our unique strain of Coopers yeast. To enjoy the complete Sparkling experience, roll the bottle to mix in the yeast sediment before pouring. No additives. No preservatives.
