An IPA bursting with tangy sweetness, like hard candy with a sherbet centre, bright and juicy. Oats and wheat create a lush and easy-drinking beer with a light profile that allows the Audacia hops to shine, showcasing vibrant fruity aromatics of pomegranate, huckleberry, lingonberry and red currants with a light floral breeze. Supremely delicious and refreshing.

Te Mania Chardonnay is an elegant wine made with just a little oak to compliment and show case the fresh fruity flavours. This wine offers nectarine and ripe citrus aromas with just a touch of light oak. Stone fruit characters continue with citrus on the palate, complemented by a silky texture. The palate has appealing weight, texture and a long fresh finish.

La Chouffe is an unfiltered blonde beer, which is re-fermented in the bottle as well as in the keg. It is pleasantly fruity, spiced with coriander, and with a light hop taste.

La Chouffe pours a clear, amber-gold colour, with a giant white head. The smell is strong, with sugar, alcohol and fruit (both dark and citrus) present. The taste is very sweet, with citrus, alcohol, and a biscuity aftertaste. An excellent beer that should not be missed.

This Export Porter opens with an inviting aroma of coffee, roasted malt and a hint of burnt sugar. The body is medium to light, which makes for a pleasant and drinkable mouthfeel. At first sip you taste the full flavour of coffee, supported by sweet notes of caramel. As the flavour develops, nutty accents emerge, followed by a subtle hint of chilli that provides a warming finish. The combination of these elements makes 'Sorachi & Sriracha' a unique and balanced porter with a slightly spicy twist.
