Ultra Low Carb Lager

A crisp, clean and lean New Zealand style lager with 50% fewer carbs than mainstream lagers.

This 500ml bottle of honeyed sweet Riesling deliciousness captures the beauty of sweet Riesling at its best. Flavours run from concentrated lemon curd to honeyed lime juice with sweet peach aromas and all supported by the beautiful balance of high acidity, which gives Riesling its trademark freshness. 

Serve lightly chilled. This wine begs for a lemon tart.

It is a stunningly concentrated, complex sweet wine for drinking now and can age for the long haul too. This wine is a keeper.

14 years old, this Glentauchers-Glenlivet bottled by Cadenhead has been matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. With pear drops, peaches, treacle and a touch of nutmeg on the nose, we've landed in Scotland for pudding on a winter's night. Flavours of poached pears and vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate flakes come alive on the palate. The finish is a wee glass of mulled wine, rich and warming with orange slices, crushed cloves and dark chocolate.

The mysterious nature of this beer is that it brings out what we love in New Zealand hops - piney, floral, citrusy notes supported by a medium body and rich but pleasant bitterness. Packed with Waimea, Nelson Savuin, Taiheke, Pacific Jade and Motueka hops this beer is a real beast, Sea Beast!

Laser is a lean and focused Aotearoa Pale Ale brewed in the old school West Coast tradition.

We took this beer back to basics with a 100% Vienna malt base delivering a clean, smooth and toasty malt character with a hint of caramel.

Generously dosed throughout the brewing process with classic NZ Cascade/Taiheke hops, Laser brings huge grapefruit, lime and turkish delight flavours with a fresh, lively edge. This is balanced by a firm but gentle bitterness.

The Laser is one of the most widely produced boats in the world. This Olympic class, single handed dinghy is light and nimble renowned for its simplicity and performance.

BLUE WATER SINGLE HOP UNFILTERED PALE ALE

ABV 5.5%

We love good pale ale as much as you do. And this one is a straight-up ode to Mosaic, packed to the nth degree with that dank, lucious hop. With a whopping dry hop regime, it's a good mimic for an IPA. Watch for big mango and impressive green notes over a round, juicy malt bill, balanced bitterness and a lingering, fruity finish. It's just the ticket whether you're lounging on deck in the briny blue or with a noodle in that backyard pool.

6.0% - Watermelon and Chilli Milkshake Sour

Kettle soured with the ?Mother?, our own lacto house strain, boiled with Carolina Reaper chillies, masses of milk sugar and a light touch of Lorien and Peacharine hops, then infused with watermelon and a pinch of dragonfruit. Mouthwatering sour and juicy watermelon sweetness with a wicked lick of heat. Careful with this cat!

Pours hazy gold. Juicy sweet mango, passionfruit and tangerine. Minimal hop bitterness and pillowy mouthfeel.

6.9% ABV.

Bright, fresh aromatics of tamarillo, strawberry, cherry, violet and a hint of old wood. This wine is plump and fleshy with bright red fruits dominating the palate. Tamarillo, blueberry and vanilla pod linger on the palate while being rounded out with soft plush tannin.

All clones were destemmed and fermented together in a stainless steel tank for 6 days then pressed and left to finish fermentation in tank before being transferred to a mixture of old french barrique, puncheon (70%) and stainless steel (30%), for maturation.

This wine was aged on fine lees for 10 months before being racked and blended in stainless steel and aged for a further 6 months and bottled in October 2022

I Heart Cranberry & Peach, a fun fusion of cranberry juice and peach blended with zesty foeder sour to create a beer that?s exploding with colour and juicy fruit flavour.
