The fifth edition takes us all the way to the 1970s, and is bottled for the excellently named Frank Bobo. He helped build Jack Daniel's reputations through both the 70s and 80s, helping it to become the worldwide powerhouse it is today.

Balance and harmony combine together in this light and subtle champagne. Its blend is made up of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier sourced from the very best sites of the Champagne region. In 2023 Port Askaig releases a 17 year old matured in traditional American oak casks, chosen for its quality and age, blended and bottled at 50.5% to capture the best taste experience. Approximately 9000 bottles will be available each year. Aged Islay whiskies are sought after for their taste, maturity, and limited nature.

TASTING NOTES

The nose offers a charcuterie board with melon, ham, and grapes, intertwined with bonfire smoke and citrus zest. On the palate, dense smoke and minerality unite raspberry leaf and chocolate, culminating in red fruits and a hint of medicinal smoke with a herbaceous finish.

For our fourth hop harvest collaboration with East Coast brewing legends Trillium we?re exploring all new terroir, with Nelson Lakes Hops in the M?takitaki Valley from Freestyle Hops. A hop free boil and massive dry hop addition of hand selected Nelson Sauvin and Motueka create a giant juicy hazy homage to one of New Zealand?s most exciting new hop growing regions.

Zodiac is a bright but powerful IPA with a stripped back, 100% Pilsner malt base allowing a delicious blend of NZ and US hops to shine.

A hefty kettle charge of NZ Kohatu, Nelson Sauvin and Superdelic bring an assertive bitterness and pack in flavours of gooseberry, mango and lemon peel. A huge dry hop of Motueka, Moutere, Riwaka and Mosaic Cryo bring it home with a massive tropical aroma bursting with layers of ripe, juicy fruit character.

This delicious single varietal cider is made from tasty Chisel Jersey apples grown and pressed here at our orchard and cidery.

After pressing, the juice has been wild-fermented and barrel-aged for extra complexity and depth of flavour.

The result is an off-dry cider with a beautiful deep colour and rich flavour with notes of orange, caramel and subtle earthiness.
