6.0% - Californian IPA

We're on the road again. Los Osos, ?The Bears? in Spanish, a road trip inspired homage to the ever evolving style that is Californian IPA. Brewed with hand selected Simcoe hops with a touch of Citra, it?s the bright colour of the Golden State, full of lush aroma and beguiling balance. A pure pint of laid back California sunshine.

6.0% - Watermelon and Chilli Milkshake Sour

Kettle soured with the ?Mother?, our own lacto house strain, boiled with Carolina Reaper chillies, masses of milk sugar and a light touch of Lorien and Peacharine hops, then infused with watermelon and a pinch of dragonfruit. Mouthwatering sour and juicy watermelon sweetness with a wicked lick of heat. Careful with this cat!

It?s a resin saturated hop homage.

Lupulin Visions - a supergroup of Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, Southern Cross, Motueka and Riwaka, create a golden IPA with bright, bold bitterness deftly balanced with a blend of sweet Otago and Canterbury malts and bursting with intense tropical mango passionfruit, grapefruit citrus and resinous sativa top notes.

8.0% - Hop Laden Hazy Double IPA

It?s a hop laden blockbuster. Main Character Energy - Hazy Double IPA. Creamy smooth malt featuring a knockout all star cast of Mosaic, Nelson, Citra & Simcoe delivering massive mango, passionfruit, tropical fruit salad and citrus. Big aroma, big flavour, big energy.

8.0% - Mango & Raspberry Milkshake Sour

Grab a can and take your mouth to the dance floor. Mangoberry Tango - Mango and Raspberry Milkshake Sour, juicy sour with ripe red raspberries, balanced with sweet mango puree, vanilla beans and smooth creamy milk sugar. One sip will have your tastebuds dancing.

8.0% - Double Hazy IPA
For our fourth hop harvest collaboration with East Coast brewing legends Trillium we?re exploring all new terroir, with Nelson Lakes Hops in the M?takitaki Valley from Freestyle Hops. A hop free boil and massive dry hop addition of hand selected Nelson Sauvin and Motueka create a giant juicy hazy homage to one of New Zealand?s most exciting new hop growing regions.

Mon P?tit Chou - a term of endearment in French. 

Translated literally it means ?my little cabbage?. Made from 100% Belgian malt and French grown Strisselspalt hops, this farmhouse style ale has a fresh sherbet aroma, and a refreshing dry, tart, palate with just a hint of orange. 

There are no cabbages in the beer, but there is a lot of love.

Saison / Farmhouse Ale - 5% ABV

11.2% - South Pacific Export Stout

Come on a journey below the 45th parallel. Inspired by the ill fated expedition of the HMS Bounty, Mutiny is a very South Pacific take on an export stout, brewed with breadfruit, roasted plantain, coconut sugar, toasted coconut and Tahitian vanilla. Spirituous heat elegantly balanced with deep, rich coconut vanilla sweetness in an ebony black brew of intense complexity. A voyage to the true heart of darkness.  

All Hallow?s Eve, when the veil between this world and the other is at its thinnest. What evil creeps as shadows spread across the land? Nightmare Fuel, a heavily hopped blood red barleywine - do you dare unleash what lies within? Sip now or cellar in the crypt of your choice.

10.0% ABV

East Coast anthem IPA - A big ol' hop poppa of a beer, packing an intense mango, tropical fruit hit from US big guns, Simcoe and Mosaic. It's just bigger and juicier than its bitter West Coast counterpart, like sippin' hazy hop nectar from a can. It's all good.

Explicit Haze Warning: If cloudy beer offends you please drink from the can or close your eyes.

6.2% ABV

The arrival of hops to the brewing scene in England in the 1500's led to a moral panic. 

Hops were condemned as a 'wicked and pernicious weed', one which would lead to the erosion of social and moral standards. Thank goodness they were right. Here?s hoping that our homage to the original pernicious weed continues this gradual decline. Organic Rakau and whole cone Nelson Sauvin go head to head in this strong, golden, hoppy brew. Bitter, yes. Intensely hoppy, absolutely.

IIPA - 8% Alc./Vol 

A very special edition of our ?little death?. Rustic but beguiling blonde farmhouse ale, fermented with brettanomyces and saison yeast, aged for 6 months in oak and finished with a generous dose of Wai-iti hops.
Refreshing and delightfully drinkable, with bright notes of fresh spring grass and gentle floral perfume building to a peak of tart pineapple, hoppy lemon citrus and a hint of vanilla oak.
Allow yourself a little moment of bliss.

5.3% ABV

New terroir, new flavours. Nelson Sauvin, Rakau and Cascade, literally picked in the snow on New Zealand's and possibly the world's most southern hop farm, Garston Hops. Situated in the mountainous highlands of Southland, here different soils and extremes of heat and cold push the flavour profiles of the hops we know to new and exciting places. A true taste of the South.

Brewed exclusively with Garston Hops.
