5.8% - Espresso Milk Stout

The old Grinderman, a Garage classic, revisited and revised. Espresso milk stout brewed with crystal oats, chocolate rye and roast barley, fortified with lactose and infused with a double shot of dark New Ground Espresso coffee. Now on nitro for an extra smooth bitter-sweet coffee hit strong enough to satisfy the monkey on anyone?s back.

Hapi Daze (4.6% Pacific Pale Ale); Sessionable in strength, bright golden in colour and loaded with generous quantities of aromatic New Zealand hops. Very friendly indeed.

Hatsukoi, meaning first love, is a Japanese inspired pilsner hat debuted during our Tokyo Taphouse pop up restaurant at 91 Aro Street. Brewed with light malted barley and rice using the traditional first press method. Clean, crisp with a delicate noble hop character.

It?s treat time. HBC 630 Treats, an extra pale base of malted barley and wheat, double dry hopped exclusively with new Yakima grown hop variety HBC 630, creates a super smooth lush IPA that?s positively dripping with tropical guava, creamy peach and juicy sun ripened cherry.

Could it be the perfect sunshine beer? Helles on a Good Day - a blissful blend of Pilsner, Vienna and Caramalts, balanced with a delicate touch of noble hops. Smooth, clean and oh so drinkable. You can?t beat it on a good day.

The latest release in our ongoing serious of foraged flower ferments. For this brew, freshly harvested whole bines were plunged into a light golden base wort, creating a spontaneous fermentation using only the yeast present on the hops. The beer was then allowed to age and develop for a year in oak barrels, before being infused with another dose of wet hops flown in straight from the harvest. The result of this brewery outing is a complex yet clean citrus-like sour, bursting with delightful fresh hop aroma.

Beer and ballet - an unusual Pas de Deux. Brewed by Garage Project for the Royal New Zealand Ballet, Hops on Pointe teases the boundaries between high and low culture.

Brewed with premium German Pilsner malts, aromatic Nelson Sauvin hops and finished with a champagne yeast, the result is a pale gold lager with a crisp, clean palate, rich tropical fruit aromas and tight champagne bubbles.

I Heart Cranberry & Peach, a fun fusion of cranberry juice and peach blended with zesty foeder sour to create a beer that?s exploding with colour and juicy fruit flavour.
