5.0% - Smooth Malt & Noble Hop

Could it be the perfect sunshine beer? Helles on a Good Day - a blissful blend of Pilsner, Vienna and Caramalts, balanced with a delicate touch of noble hops. Smooth, clean and oh so drinkable. You can?t beat it on a good day.

The latest release in our ongoing serious of foraged flower ferments. For this brew, freshly harvested whole bines were plunged into a light golden base wort, creating a spontaneous fermentation using only the yeast present on the hops. The beer was then allowed to age and develop for a year in oak barrels, before being infused with another dose of wet hops flown in straight from the harvest. The result of this brewery outing is a complex yet clean citrus-like sour, bursting with delightful fresh hop aroma. 

6.8% ABV

I Heart Cranberry & Peach, a fun fusion of cranberry juice and peach blended with zesty foeder sour to create a beer that?s exploding with colour and juicy fruit flavour.

What?s not to love?

Hapi Daze (4.6% Pacific Pale Ale); Sessionable in strength, bright golden in colour and loaded with generous quantities of aromatic New Zealand hops. Very friendly indeed.

6.0% - Californian IPA

We're on the road again. Los Osos, ?The Bears? in Spanish, a road trip inspired homage to the ever evolving style that is Californian IPA. Brewed with hand selected Simcoe hops with a touch of Citra, it?s the bright colour of the Golden State, full of lush aroma and beguiling balance. A pure pint of laid back California sunshine.

It?s a resin saturated hop homage.

Lupulin Visions - a supergroup of Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, Southern Cross, Motueka and Riwaka, create a golden IPA with bright, bold bitterness deftly balanced with a blend of sweet Otago and Canterbury malts and bursting with intense tropical mango passionfruit, grapefruit citrus and resinous sativa top notes.

8.0% - Mango & Raspberry Milkshake Sour

Grab a can and take your mouth to the dance floor. Mangoberry Tango - Mango and Raspberry Milkshake Sour, juicy sour with ripe red raspberries, balanced with sweet mango puree, vanilla beans and smooth creamy milk sugar. One sip will have your tastebuds dancing.

8.0% - Double Hazy IPA
For our fourth hop harvest collaboration with East Coast brewing legends Trillium we?re exploring all new terroir, with Nelson Lakes Hops in the M?takitaki Valley from Freestyle Hops. A hop free boil and massive dry hop addition of hand selected Nelson Sauvin and Motueka create a giant juicy hazy homage to one of New Zealand?s most exciting new hop growing regions.

7.2% - Pineapple, Passionfruit & Coconut Milkshake Sour

Pack your bags and take your mouth for an island holiday. Maui Wowie - Pineapple Coconut Milkshake Sour, juicy sour with sweet passionfruit and pineapple, balanced with smooth rolling waves of creamy coconut and milk sugar. It?s island vibes in a can.

Mon P?tit Chou - a term of endearment in French. 

Translated literally it means ?my little cabbage?. Made from 100% Belgian malt and French grown Strisselspalt hops, this farmhouse style ale has a fresh sherbet aroma, and a refreshing dry, tart, palate with just a hint of orange. 

There are no cabbages in the beer, but there is a lot of love.

Saison / Farmhouse Ale - 5% ABV

All Hallow?s Eve, when the veil between this world and the other is at its thinnest. What evil creeps as shadows spread across the land? Nightmare Fuel, a heavily hopped blood red barleywine - do you dare unleash what lies within? Sip now or cellar in the crypt of your choice.

10.0% ABV

East Coast anthem IPA - A big ol' hop poppa of a beer, packing an intense mango, tropical fruit hit from US big guns, Simcoe and Mosaic. It's just bigger and juicier than its bitter West Coast counterpart, like sippin' hazy hop nectar from a can. It's all good.

Explicit Haze Warning: If cloudy beer offends you please drink from the can or close your eyes.

6.2% ABV

The arrival of hops to the brewing scene in England in the 1500's led to a moral panic. 

Hops were condemned as a 'wicked and pernicious weed', one which would lead to the erosion of social and moral standards. Thank goodness they were right. Here?s hoping that our homage to the original pernicious weed continues this gradual decline. Organic Rakau and whole cone Nelson Sauvin go head to head in this strong, golden, hoppy brew. Bitter, yes. Intensely hoppy, absolutely.
