Champagne Louis Roederer is one of the great champagnes and has a reputation built on quality control from the vineyard to the bubbles in the glass. This well known champagne producer owns a massive 240 hectares of grand and premier cru vineyards (the two top tiers) in the Marne Valley. It's a significant amount of land to own in a region where most producers tend to buy grapes in rather than use their own. It provides them with high quality raw material, which they put to great use in wines that over deliver on taste.

Commercial description

Our Pet Nat journey started in 2018 with a vintage working for good friends Brendon and Kirsty (BK Wines) in the Adelaide Hills.

The White Flash marks our 4th edition and is named after our 7 year old Jimmy, aka 'The White Flash'. In the days pre-cyclone, as we were all out amongst the vines picking grapes during harvest, we would occasionally glimpse a flash of blond hair as Jimmy raced up and down the rows, sampling grapes and keeping us all on our toes.

There is only one thing Jimmy loves more than running around and doing rarkies on his bike and that's drawing and painting. Thank you Jimmy for the background label art work, the cheque is in the mail.

This is a living, organic wine made from handpicked Chardonnay grapes from the Osawa Vineyard in the Mangatahi Valley, Hawke's Bay.

Served chilled as.

8.1% ABV

This beer has a white, smooth and very compact head. Its pale amber colour is very characteristic revealing a distinctive maltiness. It has a rich aroma with a unique combination of aromatic hops, spices and the typical bouquet of fermentation ? very fruity. Secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a unique aroma due to the presence of yeast. St-Feuillien Triple has a very strong and exceptionally lingering taste thanks to its density and its long storage period. Whether served as a refreshing aperitif in summer or savoured during the winter months, the Triple is a connoisseur?s beer par excellence

8.5% ABV

The delicious cider is made from one of our most characterful apple varieties, Knotted Kernel harvested in 2023. 

After pressing the juice went directly to barrel and was wild-fermented in the barrel to create this seriously bold cider with strong character.

Dry in style and fulsome on the nose. Bright and rich apple flavour with complex notes of caramel and hazelnut.  Full bodied and textural with lovely tannins.

This year’s version of our annual blueberry cheesecake-inspired imperial stout Anagram is a 14% double barrel version. Together with our friends at Dugges, we continue to be inspired and experiment, this time it comes in an extra expressive bottle screen printed with five colors. Brewed with blueberries and aromas.

Nero d'Avola is Sicily's most popular red grape (and the island's most planted one) and is characterised by flavours of ripe black plums, intense blue fruit and licorice like aromas. It is rare to find good Nero d’Avola elsewhere but this new Australian rendition is convincingly Mediterranean like in style. Full bodied, black in colour and beautifully complex in taste.

We thought we'd make another IPA.
There's nothing wrong with our other IPAs, we just thought we'd make something a touch... softer.
This one is still strong. Like, of course it is. But it's also smoother, it's kinder.
In these Mean times, on these Mean streets, you need a strong, kind beer to watch your back.
This is that beer.

Witkap·Pater Tripel is a clear gold-yellow beer, with a complex taste, a fruity nose and a beatifull long aftertaste.
This is a delicate beer for gourmets.
In the ‘New York Times’ this beer is ranked at 8th place of the best beers of the world.

Holy shoot! We got to re-dream J Wakefield's Miami Madness in Bianca form! Mango, guava, passionfruit meets an obscene amount of Scandinavian berries. More fruit and berries than we’ve ever used before, as usual. Hug.

6% ABV

Long Days of Haze is a smooth and sessionable hazy pale ale, handcrafted for the summer months. A bright and lively aroma of mandarin, white grape and gooseberry lead to a full-flavoured fruit salad for a zesty, juicy and refreshing sip. One to toast to the good times ahead.

100% Chardonnay from a region just to the southwest of Chablis, where there is still a fair bit of the much loved Kimmeridgean limestone, which gives the wines in this area the freshness and energy they are famous for. Lots of lime and lemon with just a touch of the exotic on the finish.

Huchet Syrah is a deeply coloured red wine with dark plum fruit flavours held in a highly structured, full bodied dry style with spicy complexity and a long finish. It's named after Brother Cyprian Huchet, the son of a French winemaker from the Loire Valley who was one of the first winemakers in New Zealand when he worked at Mission Estate in 1871. 

This wine is made in very limited volumes from top quality vintages only.
