Falceri Prosecco Ros? Collection is a fresh and creamy sparkling wine, perfect as an aperitif and to accompany every party moment in style.

Yet again, a classic DVB bear-beer pun. The goals aside from fun and flavour? We wanted a sour beer that would be just as good for Winter as Summer. Cola seemed like a great direction for an abstract and fun challenge, so we got our thinking caps on and the result is an adult version of that familiar flavour we all know and love!

Our straw-coloured pilsner is crystal-clear and perfectly hopped, boasting a light taste and a lasting foam head with extra-fine bubbles. This all combines for a moment of pure pilsner enjoyment. For two centuries we?ve brewed our beer using only the best ingredients, and following the renowned German Beer Purity laws. It?s no wonder the distinct barrel-fresh taste of our Bitburger Premium Pils is a firm favourite amongst beer fans, and the most poured beer in Germany!

4.8% ABV.

The powerful but elegant Solera Blanc de Blancs of A. Bergere is made of 100% Chardonnay from various limestone heavy Grand Curs sites in the villages of Etoges, Congy and Sezanne. With a 50% blend of a 2018 vintage as the base and the remaining 50% from 2013 ? 2019. The taste is extremely fresh, showing citrus, peach, white flower and a light brioche tone.

Winemaking: Fermentation and aging on lees. Partially aged in 228L Barrel, No filtration

VITICULTURE Selected from some of Hawke's Bay's finest vineyards, this sparkling wine was partially fermented in French oak barrels for 15 months for complexity of character. Central to the success of New Zealand as a world-renowned wine growing region is the temperate maritime climate and the freedraining alluvial soils. Cool nights and warm days retain acidity which lends freshness and vibrancy to the wines, highly characteristic of New Zealand wine styles. 

WINEMAKING Pinot Gris was picked from the Mission homeblock and very gently pressed. The juice was inoculated with specially developed, aromatic yeast strains to intensify varietal character development. A portion was fermented in French oak barrel for 15 months for complexity. After blending the cuvée, the wine underwent a secondary fermentation before bottling. 

TASTING NOTES - Zesty with delicate pear and apple and fine mousse. Grown on our historic vineyard, this sparkling wine was partially fermented in French oak barrels for 15 months for complexity of character. Aromas of delicate pear and apple with a zesty palate showing lemon, lime and nutty notes. 

CELLAR POTENTIAL Enjoy now or in the next one to two years.

A classic southern Rhone white blend made up of 50% Roussanne, 30%
Grenache Blanc, 10% Viognier and 10% Marsanne from Costieres de Nimes AOC. 

After a short skin maceration, fermentation is conducted at 18?C in stainless tanks
with no malolactic fermentation to retain as much freshness as possible.
The Grenache Blanc brings minerality, the Viognier brings aromas of apricot and peach and the Marsanne and Roussanne add citrus and floral complexity.

TASTE
Full bodied and rich: a burst of cocoa, honey and oranges with a long-lasting, spicy finish and suggestion of the sea at the end.

"Little Red Rooster is a vibrant red coloured ale with delicious rich dried fruit, toffee and honey flavours from the malts overlaid with spicy, herbal and zesty flavours and aromas from the hops, all packed into a sessionable 4.8% abv."

It?s a resin saturated hop homage.

Lupulin Visions - a supergroup of Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, Southern Cross, Motueka and Riwaka, create a golden IPA with bright, bold bitterness deftly balanced with a blend of sweet Otago and Canterbury malts and bursting with intense tropical mango passionfruit, grapefruit citrus and resinous sativa top notes.

ABV 6.0%

Fantastic value for money, dry and flinty with brief lees maturation adding depth, which balances the fresh acidity in this zesty little wine. It was fined once and lightly filtered before bottling.  

Clos Henri began 22 years ago in Marlborough when the French Bourgeois family expanded their winemaking from the heart of Sancerre in the tiny village of Chavignol to Blenheim, in 2001. Now that their vines are 22 years of age , the family feels that they are only now starting to reflect and express the taste of the land. This family retains their land and winemaking in Chavignol where they have made wine for 11 generations.
