Hendrick's is an unusual gin created from eleven fine botanicals. The curious, yet marvellous, infusions of rose & cucumber imbue this spirit with its uniquely balanced flavour resulting in an unimpeachably smooth and distinct gin.
Hendrick's Gin's unique flavour comes from roses and cucumbers combined with a divine blend of eleven other botanicals, and the use of two distinctly different stills. The result is an exquisitely balanced gin that creates a fabulous gin & tonic.
Thanks to a longer aging, in small barrels, ST REMY Authentic French Brandy VSOP acquires a magnificent amber color with golden highlights.
Bouquet: The blend of the fruitiness and the acid drop of the eau-de-vie reveal notes of cherries and raspberries with touches of vanilla and oak.
Taste: A very complex brandy thanks to the richness of the distillates from the French vineyards. First strong and dry, then rounded with a fine complexity. Red fruits aromas, vanilla and woody notes. Suave and well balanced.

Unit price perA Rifter is much like that of a forager or a fossicker from the early gold mining era; they explored the rifts around the hills of Arrowtown, searching for that elusive nugget. At the end of a long day, a refreshing gin was always welcomed.
Rifters is a small batch boutique gin. Handcrafted in New Zealand using flavourful botanicals and pure New Zealand artesian water. Made to be enjoyed in good company.
Rifters bottle represents those used by the foragers and fossickers of the Arrowtown founders. The search for it took them to the Arrowtown Museum. It was there that they discovered a number of original Dutch gin bottles that had been unearthed in the town?s surrounding hills. Those bottles had been left behind by gold miners over one hundred and fifty years ago. Rifters bottle is a representation of that Arrowtown history, coloured to match the schist in the mountains that surround them in Central Otago.
Rifters was started by a couple of kiwi builders who are pretty fond of gin. One day in the workshop, they decided they might have a nudge at creating their own. A couple of years later and a whole lot of trial, they figured things out.
Tasting Notes: An enhanced dry gin full of botanical flavour, pure, clean and balanced. Citrus forward, with a fresh dry finish.

Unit price perAn innovative eau-de-vie from Martell, which is made by finishing their acclaimed VSOP Cognac in Kentucky bourbon barrels. This finishing process adds rich aromatic tones to Martell's delicate, pure Cognac, layering the characteristic candied fruit and plum notes with vanilla and toasted oak. This eau-de-vie, which cannot be called Cognac as the latter must only be aged in French oak, commemorates the fact that Martell was the first Cognac house to ship barrels of its spirit to America.
This expression from Tanqueray uses its classic No. Ten gin, but with an additional boost of grapefruit and rosemary! The result is a zingy gin with a good citrus tang and fabulous herbal depth ideal mixed with a good Mediterranean tonic!
