This rum was distilled in 2000 and aged tropically for five years in ex-Bourbon casks. It was then continentally aged for 14 years in more ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in Ferrand casks for a final two years.

Don Papa Baroko is made on the island of Negros in the Philippines. It is the result of a blend with old rum distilled from molasses, known locally as "black gold" black gold, which comes from one of the many local mills on the island.

Don Papa Baroko has aged for several years in American oak barrels. The Master Blender then selects the most expressive casks, those which best reveal the fruity and vanilla notes.

Smooth and clear Russian style vodka. 

To the eye: Perfectly colourless. Perfect limpidity To the nose: Strong aromatic intensity, well emphasised by the alcoholic strength. The first impression is one of freshness balanced by floral notes of star aniseed essential oil. Then smooth and complex notes brought by the other essential oils and aromatic herbs. The strength and purity of the alcohol allow the lingering of these perceptions. To the mouth: The first impression is one of great smoothness, of an agreeable unctuousness resulting from the right sugar/alcohol balance. Then appear the fresh and stimulating notes of star aniseed. The aromatic complexity of green aniseed and other herbs can then be perceived, intimately mixed with the aromatic strength of star aniseed. The strength of both alcohol and aniseed notes give way to a pleasing sensation of warmth.
