2.5% - Salted Grapefruit, Pink Pomelo & Coriander Gose

Say hallo to Schnuckiputz. A delightful light and refreshing take on the traditional German Gose style sour. Fermented with our mixed house culture and infused with coriander seed, grapefruit, pink pomelo and a touch of salt, this light, bright, spritzy aromatic beer could be the ultimate thirst quencher. Prost!

5.4% - Belgian Pale Ale

You?ve struck gold! Gold Top - Belgian Style Pale Ale. Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts, balanced with Hallertau and Saaz hops and fermented with a special Belgian yeast strain create a deliciously drinkable glowing golden ale with gentle floral hop, delicate fruit and subtle spice notes. It?s a solid gold hit.

Maple pear tart, sticky raisins, hazelnut, chewy nougat,  drizzled with borage flower honey.

5.0% - Spiced Hazy Pale Ale

Let?s hit the road. All India Permit, brewed with pilsner, wheat and crystal oats matched with tropical Mosaic hops, a subtle touch of anardana (pomegranate seed) amchoor (dried green mango) tamarind and Indian spices. Perfect beside your burger - or just by itself. Take your taste buds on a trip.

6.2% - Citrus Infused Dry Hopped Phantasm Pilsner

Home & Away, a series of rebrews bringing some of our funnest overseas collaborations back to the Garage. For this release we bring you Ghost Grip, originally brewed with pioneering Beijing craft brewery Jing-A. Crisp dry-hopped pilsner brewed with Phantasm infused Nelson Sauvin and Xiangshui Lemon, Grapefruit and Pink Pomelo oils, it?s an explosion of bright citrus and expressive hop aromatics. Bringing home the goodness.

6.0% - Watermelon and Chilli Milkshake Sour

Kettle soured with the ?Mother?, our own lacto house strain, boiled with Carolina Reaper chillies, masses of milk sugar and a light touch of Lorien and Peacharine hops, then infused with watermelon and a pinch of dragonfruit. Mouthwatering sour and juicy watermelon sweetness with a wicked lick of heat. Careful with this cat!

6.66% - Black IPA

Light the red candles and prepare your pentagram. Black Mass - Black IPA. A careful selection of dark malts and a massive oblation of the finest Citra, Centennial, Chinook, Simcoe and Amarillo create an obsidian black IPA with whip crack bitterness and hop charge packed with grapefruit citrus, spice, resinous pine and dank sativa. All hail the darkness.

8.8% - Cherry Infused Spontaneous Blend

An artful blend of 2 and 4 year old 100% spontaneously fermented beer, aged in oak then refermented on Montmorency cherries from sunny Oamaru. The result is a stunningly colourful, beautifully balanced, aromatic beer with delightful tart cherry notes and a superbly dry finish. The result of a lot of hard work, and a little chance, luck and magic.

8.8% - Spontaneous Five Year Blend

The ultimate expression of Wild Workshop?s inner city terroir. An artful blend of five years? worth of 100% spontaneously fermented beer, aged in a mix of oak and acacia, creating a complex and beautifully balanced beer with tart fruit notes and a superbly dry finish. The result of five years? hard work, and a little chance, luck and magic.

Krush? Treats, an extra pale base of malted barley and wheat, double dry hopped exclusively with the newly launched Yakima grown hop Krush? (formally known as HBC 586). It?s a super smooth lush IPA that?s bursting with orange citrus, tropical mango and guava, juicy peach and mixed berries.

6.4% - Double Dry Hopped West Coast Rye IPA

Watch your step. Buzz Tail - Double Dry Hopped West Coast Rye IPA. Hopped with a ?C? heavy hit of Columbus, Centennial, Citra and Cashmere, crisp, mouthwatering bitterness is balanced perfectly with bright juicy malt, elevated with a touch of spicy rye malt and overlaid with pink grapefruit, tangerine citrus and earthy kush resin aromatics. IPA with a twist in its tail.

6.0% - Californian IPA

We're on the road again. Los Osos, ?The Bears? in Spanish, a road trip inspired homage to the ever evolving style that is Californian IPA. Brewed with hand selected Simcoe hops with a touch of Citra, it?s the bright colour of the Golden State, full of lush aroma and beguiling balance. A pure pint of laid back California sunshine.
