It?s malt?s time to shine! Screaming Goat, German style Bock beer, a gorgeous garnet and mahogany dark lager where hops definitely take a back seat. Incredibly balanced and easy to drink, with smooth, malt driven biscuit and toasted hazelnut notes. It?s malt, with a little Rock n? Roll swagger. Throw me some horns.

6.8% - Amarillo-hopped APA

There are no peaches in this beer. None. So why Angry Peaches? Inspired by a throw-away descriptor by beer blogger Phil Cook, Angry Peaches aims to create an aggressive stone fruit character with absurd amounts of the hard to find American hop Amarillo. Because we love you, we got all the Amarillo we could get our hands on and put it all in this beer. Just for you. Angry is the new nice.

Hello world, it's Cherry Bomb imperial porter, a complex, decadent dessert beer, spiked with sour cherries and cacao nibs.  The finished beer has a rich ebony hue with a pronounced, bitter-sweet, dark chocolate and ripe tart cherry character.

Tasting Notes: Lemon meringue,  cut hay & yuzu

Classic Cardrona Source mellowed in a buttery Domaine Rewa  ex-Chardonnay cask from the French Potter in Central Otago. Rich and luscious in the mouth, perfect for a twist on a G&T or a decadent 3 olive-martini. This is the third partnership with Domaine Rewa, an exciting  local Central Otago biodynamic microvineyard.

5.8% - Key Lime Pie Cream Sour

Serving up your sour by the slice. Aunt Sally?s Slice of Sunshine - Key Lime Pie Cream Sour. Made with sweet light lager malt, wheat and honey Graham Crackers, kettle soured and infused with creamy lactose milk sugar and key lime puree. An absurdly juicy sweet and zesty sour. It?s sunshine in a can.

11.5% - Cherry, Chocolate & Coconut Decadent Dessert Stout

Surrender to the Void, an irregular series of outrageously decadent pitch black stouts brewed using an enormous, complex malt bill and mounds of debaucherous adjuncts. What?s The Void up to this time? Cherry, chocolate and coconut - well that does sound lovely, but don?t you think it rather a lot? What do you mean you're only getting started! Oh Void, have you no restraint!

Turn off your mind, relax and float down stream  

Swifty is named after the Swiftburn stream that flows through Royalburn Station in the South Island's high country, where our spray-free barley is grown. Brewed by the good folks at Garage Project, this is a Refreshing Beer. An uncomplicated, easy-drinking classic ale. You beauty.

4.5% - Hazy Goan Spiced Witbier

From the Portuguese word for calm, Susegad is a carefree attitude or relaxed and contented enjoyment of life associated with the Indian state of Goa.

Susegad, hazy Goan spiced witbier, infused with kokum, a delicious sweet and sour dried plum rind, and a special blend of spices prepared by Chef Chetan Pangam at One80 Restaurant. The result is a deliciously refreshing tart hazy wit, with a delicate spicy twist. Susegad, it’s a state of mind.

6.0% - California Comet Pilsner

Back in a blaze of glory. Sungrazer - crisp, dry hopped Cali Pils, made with OG American hop variety, Comet. All but forgotten, this hop’s spent years in the lonely obscurity of space, only to blast into orbit again with intense white grapefruit, mandarin, bright pineapple and juicy apricot. Look who’s back!

11.2% - South Pacific Export Stout

Come on a journey below the 45th parallel. Inspired by the ill fated expedition of the HMS Bounty, Mutiny is a very South Pacific take on an export stout, brewed with breadfruit, roasted plantain, coconut sugar, toasted coconut and Tahitian vanilla. Spirituous heat elegantly balanced with deep, rich coconut vanilla sweetness in an ebony black brew of intense complexity. A voyage to the true heart of darkness.  

14.7% - Barrel Aged Rye Wine

Rye, it's a bastard to brew with, but it's worth it. This imperial strength rye blond, aged for three years in freshly emptied American bourbon barrels, pushes the boundries of what a beer can be. Velvet smooth, with the heat and vanilla-wood depth of a spirit, this brew is intentionally brewed with low carbonation and is best savoured unchilled. Enjoy with caution.

14.0% - Bourbon Barrel Aged Barleywine

Delayed gratification can be hard work. Hellbender Barleywine, a beer this big only gets better with age, but holding back ain?t easy. Problem solved, we?ve aged it for you. Five years in bourbon oak barrels have created a beer of astounding complexity and depth. Well worth the wait.
