Extra long cold storage in our monastery cellars makes this single-bock a really special beer with full body and a distinctively great mouthfeel. Prost!
Tasting Notes
Pours cloudy blond golden yellow. Bright white colored, foamy head and very nice legs with equally sexy lace. Aroma of freshly picked bananas. Dominate banana aroma. Some mustard seed, a nice clove and a touch of honey sweetness in the nose as well. Very grainy wheat flavor yields a nice bit of sweetness. Lots of fruity yeast esters. Finishes with a lingering spiciness of black pepper. A nice calming alcoholic presence. Creamy texture, very smooth on the palate. Full bodied. Dangerously drinkable.

Unit price perTrois Monts refers to three hills in Flanders: Mont Noir, Mont Cassel and Mont de Cats.
3 Monts is a great example of a classic pale biere de garde, pouring a medium-gold with a fluffy white head. Fresh zesty hops give it a big nose full of citrus and hay notes. On the palate there is a heap of grassy hop flavour, sweet rich pale malt character and a firm bitter finish. The full bodied malty palate gives way to a bitter finish.

Unit price perTripel version of Hoegaarden, since 1991 and somewhat of a classic. Ochre blonde colour with fluffy, snow white head; sweet maltiness and fruitiness (of banana and peach) predominate, bit yeasty, spicy notes (coriander), soft mouthfeel, warming alcohol in the finish.

Forget clarity, there's nothing clean cut about this beer. This is a Pale Ale amplified and distorted in a wall of haze and hop feedback. Galaxy, Nelson and Mosaic riffs drift in a warm fuzz of juicy malt and tropical fruit noise. Plug it in, dial it up, crack the can. It's fuzzy ugly and you love it. Originally brewed in collaboration with Sydney's rock god pizza tossers Frankies.

Unit price perLeffe Tripel is an authentic blond abbey beer full of character that experiences a secondary fermentation in the bottle due to the presence of yeast. Its flavour is robust and refined.
?This blond, top-fermented and naturally hazy abbey beer surprises on various levels. For one, the balance between the bitter and the sweet flavours is simply magnificent, as is its bouquet, which contains magical flavours such as banana, peach, ripe pineapple and a variety of spices, which subtly combine coriander and orange. To obtain an even more pronounced flavour, pour it into the glass at an angle, so as to mix in the sediment at the bottom of the bottle. If you prefer your beer sweeter and softer, don?t pour the entire contents into the glass.

Unit price perLike Slacklining styling a sour beer requires superb balance. Too far in either direction and it's not going to end well.
The tartness of this kettle-soured Gose (that's pronounced "Goes-uh") is balanced by the tropical combo of mango and guava and a dose of sea salt.
Not too sour and not too salty, Slackline Mango and Guava is simply a beautifully refreshing drop!

Unit price perSt.Bernardus Prior 8 is a traditional abbey ale brewed in the classic "Dubbel" style of Belgium's Best Abbey Ales. It has a ruby to purple color, smooth, creamy richness of texture that is almost oily, and a malt-fruit complexity reminiscent of coconut. (8% alc. vol.)
It finds the perfect balance between sweet, bitter and malty tastes. One of the original recipes from the days of license-brewing for the Trappist monks of Westvleteren

Long before hops were common in most beers, various fruits and vegetables were used to season beers. The acidity of Lambic beers blends perfectly with raspberries. Taste: Magnificent aroma, delicate palate of raspberries with undertones of fruity acidity; elegant, sparkling clean natural taste.
Profound raspberry and sugar aroma. Plum and pink color with thin head and decent lacing. Malty intro with some carbonation evident in the mouth. Initial raspberry flavor is subtle and smooth on the tongue but soon becomes bittersweet in the aftertaste. Made a raspberry shortcake once with this beer and raspberries and it was pretty good!

Unit price perIt doesn't have to always be about hops. With the surging popularity of overtly hoppy beer, there's an extreme demand for the aromatic little flowers. The history of beer has never seen such overwhelming pressure on the international hop supply. With entire crops unavailable to the smaller brewery, these are the Darkest Days for the hard-core hop heads. But this isn't about hops. This is about a delicious oatmeal stout, darker and more ominous that your hopped up fears. Challenge your palate with this, decidedly, devilish drop. Enjoy full bodied bitter chocolate and espresso notes, with a rich texture, at cellar temperature with your friends and family.
