Parrot Dog - Our troublesome original release, named for the problematic first brew day which hugely emphasised its hop bitterness. It?s matured and evolved nicely over the years, with us. Big tropical hop flavour from local varieties with strong bitterness from an English hop to honour its origins, all balanced by plenty of malt. 

5.8% ALC./VOL.

Red IPA - fresh, fruity, gooseberry and citrus hop characteristics with a gentle red malt flavour to balance.

A rascal lives in us all, sometimes big, sometimes dormant, never extinct.  Our playful nature is something close to the core and too often forgotten.  Go on, make a snowman, give it some devil horns, kick it over and make a snow angel!!

6.3% ALC./VOL.

BIRDSEYE

Our feathered friends see the world differently. Through birds? eyes, things might look almost psychedelic to us, with heightened colours and fresh hues forming a surprising new spectrum. This hazy, citrus and stonefruit accented IPA with a mellow, soft and silky texture gives a similarly refreshing change of perspective.

5.8% ABV.

Kasteel - The name ‘Barista’ conjures thoughts of the fragrance of steaming coffee below a layer of expertly created froth. This may sounds rather far-fetched for a beer... However, the aromas and the flavours of caramel, cacao and roast malt match seamlessly with the ‘black gold’ and chocolate. This beer builds bridges with the world of hot beverages, with warming alcohol in the finish. One to enjoy all the year round: with a meal, in front of an open fire or on an outdoor terrace.

11% ABV.

Baylands - Like Slacklining, styling a sour beer requires superb balance.  Too far in either direction and it's not going to end well.

This kettle-soured Boysenberry Gose features boysenberries from Hawke's Bay and pink Himalayan sea salt.

Not too sour and not too salty, it's simply a beautifully refreshing drop.  And did we say pink? Oh yeah, it's definitely pink!

4% ABV.

For Great Justice is a delicious, smooth brown porter made with all NZ malt and hops. Biscuit, brown, and chocolate malts meld beautifully with freshly toasted coconut. Serve cool but not chilled to allow the coconut to shine through.

4.5% ABV.

Every sip leaves you wanting more ? Erdinger wheat beer with fine yeast is the crowning glory of traditional Bavarian brewing skills.

The strength of this classic wheat beer lies in the harmonious balance it achieves between the various aromas. Gently spicy wheat and yeast aromas blend with mildly bitter hops. ERDINGER Wei?br?u allows its top-fermenting specialty to mature in the bottle in the traditional manner, just like champagne. The wheat beer from Erding offers more than just sparkling refreshment ? it gives a true taste of Bavaria.

This sweet yet acid drink is created by adding fresh black cherries to a Lambic that is 6 month?s old. The addition of fruits provokes a new fermentation in the oak barrels and after another 8 to 12 months, only peels and stones are left and the Kriek-Lambic is ready to be filtered and bottled.

4% ABV

Mild and light in taste, with floral aromas and a slight hint of smoked malt and a touch of bitter.

The taste is set by hops, a dash of lemon (citrus) and coriander. A Chimay Dor?e from the tap is even more refreshing and thirst-quenching.

4.8% ABV.

DATED STOCK: This beer is past date or nearing the best before date. The beer will still taste good but not quite so good as when it was first brewed.

BEST BEFORE: 06/2023

A vintage dated strong Trappist ale. Ruby, port like, rose petal notes and a rich warming finish. A trappist classic that ages well, one for the cellar. Bottle Conditioned.

9% ABV.

Liberty Brewing - Originally brewed for the West Coast IPA Challenge in 2013, the name of this beer wasn't always planned to be so grotesque.  You see...  I had penned the name pretty much every hop variety i could get from the USA thrown in.  However, whilst filling the kegs for this esteemed competition, a song came on Spotify and made the task so much more enjoyable that i decided to change the name.  But let's face it: Yakima Kitchen Sink was a bit of rubbish really!

Anyhow, regardless of the name the beer continued to take out the champion spot which was one of the proud moments in my life.  It's just a shame i wasn't there to enjoy the celebrations!

7.1% ABV.

Duncan's Brewing - Part of our dessert-style sour beer range.  Brewed with lactose sugar and vanilla that sweetens the passionfruit and lime sourness.

5% ABV.

IPA - Mango, apricot, and citrus with a body to back it up.

Naughty Hopper is packing a mouthful of resinous tropical fruit flavours, thanks to Simocoe, Amarillo and Mosaic hops.  These Rockstar hops are low in bitterness but high in juicy goodness.  Late additions and awkward positions are what Naughty Hopper is all about.

8.9% ABV

SHAKE IT - CHOCOLATE MILK STOUT
A Chocolate milkshake stout that’s better than money. You’ll feel like a sail-boat
adrift on a sea of rich chocolate and heavenly vanilla. Sway through undercurrents of
dry sherry and dark fruits and shoot at the moon singing -
‘Shake it, Shake it, what’s my line...’
