For Vintage Ale 2018 we've stayed close to home; all of our ingredients have been sourced from the UK. Tropical citrus and apricot flavours take center stage, delivered by Ernest and Olicana hops. Pale ale malt from the finest Maris Otter barley combines with Crystal malt to give the beer a rich biscuit sweetness. As with every Vintage Ale, the flavours of this beer will develop for many years to come, like a fine wine or whisky.

An apt companion for the Winter season, we think that this beer will also make a perfect dessert with the addition of a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
For this years release of our Chocolate Stout we've used cacao nibs and cocoa husks from Lucid Chocolatier for a smooth chocolate hit, and oats for velvety texture

Our Hippy Berliner was such a success that we ebbed to consumer demand and brewed a special edition with the addition of cooling cucumber. Bursting with sweet cucumber notes, balanced by lemon peel and tropical fruits.
On the palate this beer is puckering, but very refreshing, full of cucumber, citrus and balanced by light hopping, finishing very clean.
Cool as a cucumber, dude.

Unit price perIn line with the Dupont tradition, this is a top-fermented blond beer, re-fermented in the bottle. The hops used for the ?dry hopping? are different every year. This year, three distinctive hop varieties were selected. For the dry hopping, brews were made from the Styrian Wolf variety, grown in Slovenia. The result is a coppery, blond beer which is dry and refreshing with strong bitterness. Bottle re-fermentation, which may be extended by a long period in the cellar, produces a complex and highly aromatic beer.
