Lager - 4.5% ABV

Pours a dark colour with a full and impressive palate. Strong plum, raisin, and black currant flavours, with ascending complex vinous notes.

Kasteel Donker is a member of the Belgian quadrupel family. These are strong, sweet to bitter, dark brown beers where the malt predominates. They were inspired by the beers of the Trappist brewers. It is a full-mouthed, malty beer with touches of caramel, coffee and chocolate coming from the roast malt. The sweet initial taste is quite surprising. Further tasting shows this beer to be intriguingly complex.

11% ABV.

Parrotdog - Falcons stalk the skies, commanding their territory with focus and intensity; a totem for this American Pale Ale.

Our interpretation of the style takes modern U.S. hop flavours of citrus and tropical fruit and lets them soar on a light and nimble body.

5.4% ABV.

Hazy IPA with Makrut Lime and Lemongrass

A hazy riff on on our classic Venusian inspired pale ale, this Phoenix Foundation collab is packed with Amarillo, Citra and Centennial hops and infused with Lemongrass and Makrut Lime Leaf. Exotic tropical fruit flavours for a true celebration of Friend Ship.

5.6% ABV.

A dessert style sour, brewed with lactose sugar and vanilla that sweetens the raspberry tartness.

Imperial Nibs Coconut Porter is a Double-Trophy Winner, taking home the 2016 NW Beer and Cider Awards and UK Beer Cup. Rich with roast-malt character and intense chewy flavours of bitter chocolate, freshly toasted coconut, burnt toffee, and mellow maltiness. Serve cool but not chilled in a glass for the ideal taste experience.

8.5% ABV.

This beer is credited for being one of the most popular Munich lagers. Moreover, our brewmasters were among the first to bring Munich lager beer to the Bavarian taps. The recipe for success remains: A perfect balance of malty character and the light bitterness of hops.

4.9% ABV

Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-pored white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour.  It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. To be enjoyed at any time (always a pleasure/enjoyment), goes excellently with fish and seafood, with spicy cheese and especially with the traditional Bavarian veal sausage.

5.4% ABV

Peroni Nastro Assuro is Italy's number one premium beer. It is brewed using the finest hops, two row spring planted barley and contains 25% Italian maize, including the proprietary variety Nostrano Dell'Isola. Effortlessly stylish this Mediterranean style lager delivers an unmistakable crisp, refreshing taste and a fine subtle aroma.

5.1% ABV

Bavarian tradition, the archetype of the Munich beer, you can taste its history – this is Hofbräu Dunkel. Long before wheat beers and lagers wetted the throats of Germans, the bottom-fermented dark beer was quenching the thirst of Munich residents. The first beer, which was served in the "Braune Hofbräuhaus", still satisfies to this day with its roasted, hoppy taste and the subtle malty finish.

5.5% ABV

Baylands - Like Slacklining, styling a sour beer requires superb balance.  Too far in either direction and it's not going to end well.

This kettle-soured Boysenberry Gose features boysenberries from Hawke's Bay and pink Himalayan sea salt.

Not too sour and not too salty, it's simply a beautifully refreshing drop.  And did we say pink? Oh yeah, it's definitely pink!

4% ABV.

Parrot Dog - Our troublesome original release, named for the problematic first brew day which hugely emphasised its hop bitterness. It’s matured and evolved nicely over the years, with us. Big tropical hop flavour from local varieties with strong bitterness from an English hop to honour its origins, all balanced by plenty of malt. 

5.8% ALC./VOL.

A Bit Mixed Up. Three beers | Two of each | All good. Sawmill Pilsner, India Pale Ale and eXtra Pale Ale.

Kasteel - Kasteel Rouge is based on our Kasteel Donker. This fruity beer makes a great aperitif on a sunny terrace. It’s certainly a beer for lovers of sweet cherries with an intense aroma of the fruit. The cherries get the better of the malt in the Kasteel Donker mother beer, although it contributes touches of chocolate and pepper to remind you it’s there. It is surprisingly easily digestible for quite a strong beer.
