With ingredients inspired by the winning cocktails and the ingredients that showed ‘their roots’, the SUYR ‘23 gin is built over four core Roots botanicals with the addition of mango, elderflower and malt yeast extract.

TASTING NOTES:
A smooth, botanical forward, off-dry gin expressing notes of juniper, earthy spice and dried mango with a herbaceous elderflower nose and soft caramelised malt finish.

Serve over ice with a traditional Indian tonic water or in a classic gin cocktail such as a Chelsea Sidecar or Last Word

It's not a classic London dry gin, but a vision of what a NZ dry gin can be - smooth, bushy & dry.

On the nose this gin is weighed down by kawakawa while the citrus notes of lemon, orange, and grapefruit light up your olfactory bulb. Thyme lurks in the background. On tasting, the kawakawa is still predominant, but the thyme comes to the fore along with layers of sage, liquorice, and tarata, which binds all these aromas together. There is a long liquorice and citrus finish.

This gin is a mix of traditional herbs from the Mediterranean and Aotearoa, blending the culinary histories of Julien and Michael.

Malacca is a mischievous, flavourful gin using an exotic mix of peppercorn, rose and cloves to achieve a distinctive flavour.

This limited release gin is a showcase of what juniper can deliver.

For six months, we macerated hand-foraged, wild-grown, Macedonian juniper in neutral spirit. We then distilled that macerate with additional juniper and a dash of New Zealand-grown orris root.

With lifted pine resin and fresh citrus leaping out of the glass; bright floral notes and earthy undertones add complexity. This is a real juniper lovers gin.

Hennessy has been enjoying a rapper-related renaissance inthe last 10 years, but it?s much more than a symbol of conspicuous wealth andinconspicuous social graces. The VSOP stands for Very Superior Old Pale andmeans the youngest cognac in the blend has been stored in oak barrels for atleast 4 years.
