A Speyside single malt from the Balmenach distillery bottled by the independent bottler Hart Brothers. It was bottled in October 2021 at a natural cask strength of 58,8% ABV, non chill filtered and with no added colour, as a limited single cask release.

Oranges, sour candy and black fruit like brambles on the nose give way to a palate that is warming and creamy with mocha notes, nuts and light port aromas.

Spicy, hint of toasted almond and fruit cake. Exceptional skill, decades of dedication and an inventive mind make a brilliant Malt Master. Earth and soaked wood aromas blend with deep vanilla. Flavours are sharp with spice and round with plum. A hint of toasted almonds gives way to a silky smooth finish. A complete original, from Malt Master, Brian Kinsman. 

COLOUR: Deep ruby red. 

NOSE: Damp earth and whisky-soaked wood intertwine with deep vanilla and smoky embers. 

TASTE: Rich with complex flavours layered by double-maturation. Sherbet and zinginess slowly turn to spice. Tempting plum and cherry follow, with hints of toasted almonds and fruit cake. 

FINISH: Silky and smooth. 

This light and fruity expression is finished for eight months in Port pipes from Porto Cruz, the N?1 Porto company in the world. The spirit picks up intense embellishments of summer fruit, dark chocolate and cinnamon and a distinct pink hue.

Tamnavulin Double Cask was the first release from the distillery since the 1990s! Over the past 20 or so years, the distillery changed hands from Invergordon Distillers to Whyte & MacKay, closed a few years later and reopened in 2007. Much of its single malt output is used in blends, but a few casks of single malt would sneak out as indie bottlings to allow us a rare taste of Tamnavulin - but now they've got their very own expression! They initially mature it in American oak barrels before treating them to a finishing period in Sherry casks.

Nose: Chocolate mousse, extra thick double cream with a dusting of brown sugar, stewed apples and blackberries.

Palate: Christmas pudding, chocolate brownies, yellow plum and toffee-coated barley.

Finish: Spiced rum sweetness lingers on the finish.

Glen Deveron is the name that the Macduff distillery uses for its official bottlings. 

The nose is brimming with orchard fruits and cereal leading to a palate of green apple and subtle peat notes.

Benromach - Made with heavily peated barley, our Peat Smoke is more intense than the subtle smoke of our 10 Year Old's pre-1960s Speyside character.  Yet it retains the Benromach fingerprint of elegant fruitiness with that gorgeous hint of chocolate.

Sweet vanilla, honey and cured meat aromas, hints of apricot and lemon combining with a beautiful subtle tobacco note.  There?s cracked pepper with sweet strawberry and orange flavours, a delicate hint of aniseed? combined with a lingering edge of bonfire embers.

An expression from Aberlour that has been matured in a combination of bourbon barrels, bourbon hogsheads and oloroso sherry casks. Aromas of Custard Cream biscuits, milky toffee and strawberries fill the nose, and the palate offers notes of strawberry jam, black pepper, honey and biscuits.

This limited edition Tomintoul has spent the last 18 months of its 12 year maturation in Olorose Sherry casks which has given it a well rounded, creamy richness whilst staying true to its soft style.

A subtle Speyside malt, Glen Moray Classic Single Malt Whisky is matured in oak casks producing a Whisky which is light gold in colour and gently spiced with fruity butterscotch notes.

This special release from Benriach is the first expression in a century to be produced entirely using barley malted from Benriach's historic floor maltings. This whisky has been matured in both bourbon and virgin oak barrels. This brings out notes of barley sugar, almond fudge, orchard apples, vanilla and honeyed pear. A long lasting finish is full of malty notes.

Elevated over 15 years of maturation in European oak sherry casks and a process notable for its continuous movement, VAT 03 distinctly embodies the Glenfiddich pioneering spirit. Resulting from Solera VAT 3, this silky-smooth full-bodied whisky harmoniously combines warm notes of spice with hints of nutty marzipan and dark sherry oak. The finish is satisfyingly rich with lingering sweetness.

A sherried Glenfiddich originally released for the distillery's travel exclusive Perpetual collection, this single malt was aged in Spanish Sherry casks. Intriguingly, only half the whisky in the vat is bottled before it's refilled with fresh spirits, in the style of classic Spanish sherry soleras, meaning there is always a well-balanced mix of well-aged and young whisky.

Polished leather, freshly-baked fruitcake, bittersweet marmalade, and toasted oak on the nose.

The palate is silky, sweet, and spicy, with peppery fresh oak, cigar box, and well-toasted bread.

Candied peels, treacle, and a good whack of cinnamon on the finish

GlenAllachie Cask Strength Batch 8 is a blend of Pedro Xim?nez and Oloroso sherry casks, with a small amount of Virgin Oak and Rioja casks. The resulting whiskey exudes indulgent notes of ripe plums, dark chocolate and sticky raisins, all combined with the classic GlenAllachie honey charm.
