Don Papa Masskara is a limited edition celebrating the famous party on the Philippines? Negros island, going by the name of Masskara (aka 'Smile party'). It's essentially the original Don Papa rum enriched by mixing in other local ingredients including honey from the Kanlaon forest, the Filipino citrus variety Calamondin and local Siling Labuyo chillies.

Pure Cane is the essence of our rums. Distilled from 100% FRESH CANE JUICE and inspired by our SURF LIFESTYLE, it combines all the natural elements of the Caldera Coast.

Pure Cane is designed to be mixed in simple, refreshing ways. Recommended cocktails include mojitos, daiquiris, caipirinhas or classic Caribbean Ti Punch (pronounced TEE punch). To keep it simple, mix with tonic water or ginger beer and a big squeeze of lime.

From the place where summer never stops comes HUSK COCONUT. Made from 100% single estate cane juice rum, infused with natural coconut and a hint of vanilla, Husk Coconut is very versatile, easy to mix with pineapple juice or soda. Husk Coconut makes it easy to shake up Coconut Daiquiris or Coconut Mojitos at home. Husk Coconut is a full flavoured premium spirit with a lot of depth and a tropical, rich and velvety coconut flavour. Delicious.

A blend of premium rum aged in small barrels, naturally infused with traditional and native botanicals. We like to keep it real on the Caldera Coast. 

This all natural spiced rum has been barrel aged for a minimum of 2 years in ex-wine barrels before being naturally infused with whole native & traditional spices - roasted wattle seed, native ginger, dried orange, vanilla, cinnamon and golden berries and finished with a pinch of sea salt.

Spiced Rum doesn?t come any better. New Jamaican rum to NZ ?Canerock? is wonderfully spiced with fresh root ginger, Madagascan Vanilla pods and coconut and aged in ex-Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks, for extra richness and complexity.

This exquisite Spiced Rum is the result of 2 legendary Jamaican Distilleries, Clarendon and Long Pond, distilleries that have defined Jamaican rum for centuries, they represent 2 of the last 6 distilleries still producing Rum on Jamaica. Long Pond distillery is lovingly referred to as the ?Pheonix of Jamaica? it has over 250 years of history and is renowned for its inimitable, heavy, funky pot still rums, crafted with ancestral methods kept secret throughout its long tenure. Long Pond rums give Canerock Jamaican Spiced Rum its signature high-intensity character and structure. Clarendon Distillery are the ?Guardians of Tradition? and is surrounded by Sugarcane fields, from which they make their own Molasses. Clarendon is renowned for refined and elegant expressions thanks to its diverse collection of stills and centuries of savoir-faire.

Limited to just 24 casks, the exclusive Trinidad 2009 expression was chosen from the cellars of Trinidad Distillers Limited by Alexandre Gabriel, Plantation Rum?s Master Blender, and Andrew Hassell, General Manager and rum historian at West Indies Rum Distillery. The next destination is already very eagerly awaited.

Continuously distilled in multi-column stills, Plantation Trinidad 2009 also stands out for its maturation process. This new limited edition benefited from a signature double ageing process inspired by a 300-year-old technique updated by Alexandre Gabriel, an authority in the art of ageing. This ancestral method is inseparable from the identity of Plantation Rums.

This superb rum was first matured for 11 years in 200-litre ex-bourbon casks in the Trinidadian distillery?s cellars, built entirely of red bricks and particularly admired by Alexandre Gabriel and Andrew Hassell. In addition to their aesthetic appeal, the bricks make it possible to maintain a cool temperature and, as a result, to exert greater control over the ageing of the cane Eaux-de-vie. Plantation Trinidad 2009 was then treated to an additional one-year ageing period in Javrezac, in France?s Charente region, in 400-litre French oak barrels from Maison Ferrand.

A delicious dark rum from Ron Pampero, Pampero Aniversario is made in continuous stills in Venezuela. It's full, rich and very fruity.

A triple distilled white rum, aged using the solera method in the Dominican Republic. Matusalem Platino is crisp, clean and tangy, and works beautifully in cocktails.

• Nose ? Fudge & toffee with a touch of Cinnamon Taste ? slightly sweet, with a little toffee & fudge & a slight spice of black pepper.

To create "Seleccion de Maestros", the Maestros Roneros choose from Havana Club's reserves the finest aged rums which stand apart for their exceptional qualities.

Then, these band-picked rums are aged in specially selected barrels, chosen by the Maestros Roneros for the powerful aromatic potential of their wood, where they develop their character and intensity.  

At the end of this ageing process, the Maestros Roneros select collectively the rums that will compose the final blend, which will be bottled straight from the barrel.

This unique finishing process gives to this rum, already warded by several gold medals as "Cuban Barrel Proof", its unequaled aromatic bouquet and exceptional quality.

Appleton Estate Signature Blend is a ?blended rum?, which means it is a combination of several rums of different styles and ages and does not have an age statement.

Perfectly balanced complex citrus, fruity and sweet notes, with subtle orange peel, dried apricot, fresh peach, and a hint of molasses and woody notes.

Chris and Elliot spent the good part of 18 months searching for the perfect oak aged Caribbean rum. Many taste tests were conducted with friends and family before finally settling on their first cask.

They then started tinkering with spicing the rum right here in New Zealand, blending the rich history of the Caribbean with the adventurous spirit of New Zealand. 

The subtle caramel sweetness of the rum with a vanilla back bone allowed the beautiful spices to come through, highlighting local citrus, nutmeg and clove.

The infusion became more refined and complex, through out lock down. And by the end they were happy with the result. Let the bottling begin!

Dark and delicious. STOLEN Dark reimagines the classic, traditionally heavy, naval style dark rums, with a more modern and smoother interpretation. It?s blended by hand and uses Demerara caramel for afull-bodiedd look and flavor, lightly toasted sweet caramel aromas and a soft honeyed texture in the mouth.

STOLEN Dark was awarded a gold medal at the 2013 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
