Forget clarity, there's nothing clean cut about this beer. This is a Pale Ale amplified and distorted in a wall of haze and hop feedback. Galaxy, Nelson and Mosaic riffs drift in a warm fuzz of juicy malt and tropical fruit noise. Plug it in, dial it up, crack the can. It's fuzzy ugly and you love it. Originally brewed in collaboration with Sydney's rock god pizza tossers Frankies.

Could it be love at first sight? Fuzzy Feelings - Hazy Double IPA. An extra smooth hazy, laden with luscious oats and wheat and layered with waves of Strata, Citra, Luminosa, Galaxy and Peacharine hops delivering pineapple, citrus, sweet tropical fruit and juicy ripe peach. Giving you those Fuzzy Feelings.

Garagista (5.8% IPA)Brewed and double dry-hopped with NZ, Australia, and US hop varieties. Embrace the Garagista spirit; good things can come from the garage.

When theatres close their doors they keep an electric light illuminated on the stage, to keep the resident ghosts happy. With lockdown, Ghost Lights have been burning bright on stages around the world. Good for the ghosts, not so for those in the Arts. Brewed with extra light malt, oats and a blend of Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops, creating a brilliant white gold brew, with a distinctly spectral haze. Just what?s needed to raise spirits.

GLC Gelato, ice cream sour, brewed with Peacharine and Krush hops, guava puree, coconut, juicy lime, vanilla beans, a double dose of full cream lactose sugar and a cheeky shot of gelato terpenes. Juicy sweet and zesty sour with creamy coconut and fruit salad guava. Bring on the brain freeze.

You?ve struck gold! Gold Top - Belgian Style Pale Ale. Pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts, balanced with Hallertau and Saaz hops and fermented with a special Belgian yeast strain create a deliciously drinkable glowing golden ale with gentle floral hop, delicate fruit and subtle spice notes. It?s a solid gold hit.

5.5% - Bavarian Style Wheat Beer

The original hazy. Good Ground - classic Bavarian style wheat beer. Plump wheat and a special Munich yeast strain create a beautiful beer with glowing golden haze, extravagant crisp white foam, restrained banana and clove aromatics and a sweet fresh baked bread crust and delicate vanilla palate, all this with a refreshing dry finish. Dankbarkeit und Weizen gedeihen nur auf gutem Boden - Gratitude and wheat prosper only on good ground.

Hapi Daze (4.6% Pacific Pale Ale); Sessionable in strength, bright golden in colour and loaded with generous quantities of aromatic New Zealand hops. Very friendly indeed.

Hatsukoi, meaning first love, is a Japanese inspired pilsner hat debuted during our Tokyo Taphouse pop up restaurant at 91 Aro Street. Brewed with light malted barley and rice using the traditional first press method. Clean, crisp with a delicate noble hop character.

ABV 6%

The latest release in our ongoing serious of foraged flower ferments. For this brew, freshly harvested whole bines were plunged into a light golden base wort, creating a spontaneous fermentation using only the yeast present on the hops. The beer was then allowed to age and develop for a year in oak barrels, before being infused with another dose of wet hops flown in straight from the harvest. The result of this brewery outing is a complex yet clean citrus-like sour, bursting with delightful fresh hop aroma.
