This stripped back approach is how Thomson created Victor Gin.  In this edition, Thomson introduced mukrut(kaffir) lime. You’ll get all the original Victor Gin botanicals; juniper, lemon, lemongrass, cardamom and coriander, with mukrut(kaffir) lime loud in the mix.

Just in time for Christmas! People have been asking for a cask strength Manuka Smoke bottling for ages… and now it's here. It's called Full Noise, denoting the cask strength abv, and the deeper, more abundant smoke notes. This is a big limited edition, cask strength, single malt.

Cask: American oak ex Bourbon.  

Malt: 100% NZ grown, Manuka smoked.

Thomson White Rye is made from New Zealand malted Rye and Barley.  This we've crushed, mashed, fermented and finally, double distilled through our hand beaten copper pot stills.

Unaged spirit - so fresh and so clean, clean.
