Pale Ale

Chiron is our beautifully balanced American Pale Ale. We use a curated selection of classic US hops for their distinctive aromas of pine and citrus. These are added onto a foundation of the finest malt to give this beer an inviting light amber hue and a touch of caramel sweetness. Flavours of orange and peach dance on the palate before it culminates with a refreshing hop bite.

Hazewired
New Zealand Hazy IPA

Following the footsteps of trailblazing older brother Hopwired, Hazewired is a beer set to forge its own path. Packed with a plethora of the best NZ Hops, we’ve borrowed Nelson Sauvin and Motueka from Hopwired. An injection of ultra-modern varieties Nectaron and Superdelic makes for one big, juicy Hazy IPA, loaded with notes of tropical mango, candied pineapple and passionfruit. An ode to the past, forged in the present.

Flink is beautiful, sparkling thirst quencher. This fresh, light pale ale is low in alcohol yet full of flavour. We mixed in a bit of wheat malt, which results in a firm body and a very pleasant, soft mouth feel. A light dryhop with Galaxy and Mosaic hops is responsible for the tickle of subtle, fruity hoppiness.

When our friends at Clayton hops came to us and asked us to try their new hop oils, we couldn't say no! We've brewed a classic West Coast style Pale Ale, using modern NZ hops, including Riwaka, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin. Dry hopped with NZ Cascade and "amplified" with Amplifire™ hop oils, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. Expect plenty of citrus and tropical fruit bursting out of your glass, all tied together by a pleasant bitterness.

Astryd is light, fresh and fruity. This juicy pale ale is overflowing with tropical fruit/ flavours and aromas from start to finish, with a delicate hop bitterness for balance.

Introducing the Nectaron? hop from NZ Hops, bringing intense tropical fruit aromas to the party. This NZ IPA has been hopped at multiple stages through its brewing journey, mellow out all that hoppy goodness with the toastiness of NZ Ale Malt and Cassels? House Ale Strain and the result is the almighty brew you could soon have in your hand.

Janie is brewed with American and New Zealand hops to give it a huge tropical and citrus aroma. The result is an easy drinking Pale Ale with a big juicy taste.

5.8% ABV.

Hapi Daze (4.6% Pacific Pale Ale); Sessionable in strength, bright golden in colour and loaded with generous quantities of aromatic New Zealand hops. Very friendly indeed.

Good Green Shirt | Hazy Pale Ale - 440ml

Filled to the brim with Waimea hops from Freestyle Hops. Good Green Shirt is packed with grapefruit and papaya on the nose, on a dry pillowy base made with flaked wheat.

After the massive success of our Blue low carb pale ale we have a new low carb 6 pack to add to our range. Crush is a full flavoured Hazy Pale Ale with 75% less carbs than Joose Party.
