All Greek gods had their muses, and all brewers have theirs. Mosaic hop, the daughter of Simcoe and nugget varieties, is expressed as blueberry, citrus, pine, and mango-a kaleidoscope or chameleon amongst humulus peers. A thing of beauty. . . Art; a fragmented aroma that comes together to make a picture-a mosaic. She is the muse for this unfiltered pale ale.

Blueberry medley, juicy fruit, candied lollies, and delicious mango lassi.

APRICOT BRETT, WILD SOUR 5.5%

In the 23/24 summer, a harvest of deliciously juicy apricots arrived from the southern reaches of Cromwell. We aged them with two funk brothers named lactobacillus and brettanomyces and the result is perfectly funky, lightly soured, earthy, fruity, and bright.

NZH-109, where do we start with this exceptional package. Complex yet delicate, fruity yet floral, berry yet melon, stone fruit yet cracked pepper..." Are you sure there was only 1 hop used in this beer?" This is one of those freak teenagers that comes along rarely and takes down all the big players. A hop that gives the brewer a huge license to unlock what they want out of this one variety. There will be many champion beers created out of NZH-109! A bold statement?

A golden and juicy hazy pale ale with all the hoppy goodness and a more moderate alcohol level to extend those sessions in the deckchair, or however you enjoy your fine hazzies.

Pachamama is a divine brown ale, created with the addition of rich Spanish honey, enhancing the beer with floral notes and a light sweetness. We wanted to barrel age this in a way that would truly complement the honey and decided on native Pedro Xim?nez barrels.

The beer is aged for 9 months to give a beautiful consonance with the sherry, with flavours of raisins, candied fruits and hints of dark chocolate all interacting harmoniously for a complex and decadent beer

Let?s hit the road. All India Permit, brewed with pilsner, wheat and crystal oats matched with tropical Mosaic hops, a subtle touch of anardana (pomegranate seed) amchoor (dried green mango) tamarind and Indian spices. Perfect beside your burger - or just by itself. Take your taste buds on a trip.

6.2% - Citrus Infused Dry Hopped Phantasm Pilsner

Home & Away, a series of rebrews bringing some of our funnest overseas collaborations back to the Garage. For this release we bring you Ghost Grip, originally brewed with pioneering Beijing craft brewery Jing-A. Crisp dry-hopped pilsner brewed with Phantasm infused Nelson Sauvin and Xiangshui Lemon, Grapefruit and Pink Pomelo oils, it?s an explosion of bright citrus and expressive hop aromatics. Bringing home the goodness.

Flavours: No bittering hops, just late addition and dry-hopping with El Dorado, Azacca, Motueka and Elani. Expect a light malt base with notes of tropical fruits (mango, guava, pineapple, citrus) mojito and white peach.

Cove Unfiltered Pale Ale melds a revolving medley of hops for a perennially massive citrus blast & fruit salad notes from the get-go. The malt bill keeps it together for a soft mouthfeel over balanced bitterness. This one is a year-round fave. Best enjoyed with friends, it's a little slice of our place at yours!
