Hazy IPA uses tropical hops and Phantasm powder for that extra juicy kick.THIOLSThiols are a highly aroma-active compound which can be derived from hops that have the potential to give very intense fruity flavours to dry-hopped beers. The occurrence of thiols in hops was only discovered a couple of years ago and the use of it in beer is still being developed. We use a NZ made product called Phantasm, which is derived from Sauvignon Blanc skins. Yeast: Keeping it real like a baby seal, K?lsch, 2565.

ABV: 6.9%

Endorphin: Part of our feel good range of IPAs. This time we used; Tomahawk,Amarillo,Centennial. Giving you bold upfront piney goodness that is balanced with notes of citrus and spice with just the right touch malt sweetness. All the right feels with this explosion of flavour- Yum!

This big US IPA weighs in at 7.2%, propped full of 3 of the ?Heavy-Weights? of the Hop world; Mosaic, Simcoe to deliver citrus, pine, dank, resinous, stonefruit flavour, & wack a big portion of Azacca into that to help with a balance of mango & tropical fruits.

ABV: 7.2%

K?whai Haze 440ml 6%

A lovely yellow haze, like the Kowhai flower was our inspiration. We have added liberal amounts of NZ hops Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron and Riwaka post boil and throughout the ferment, to give a classic NZ taste.

Remutuka NZ IPA 440ml 5.7%

This is a relatively new release beer which has a similar malt base as Dragon. We then added 3 dependable, classic NZ hops in Nelson Sauvin, Moutere and Riwaka in the boil and dry hop, to showcase the unique aromas of flavours of our NZ hops.

MIGHTY TITAN RED RYE IPA

Descending from the heavens with thunderous might, the Mighty Titan makes its grand entrance at the Seven Seas of R(h)ye, demanding naught but a tribute of Red Rye IPA. Leading with a symphony of bold flavours reminiscent of toasted bread, dried fruits, and cola, its essence is further adorned with hints of spice, pine and citrus, perfectly complementing its resplendent crimson hue. Behold the majesty of the Mighty Titan!

From NZ's first dedicated non-alcoholic craft brewery, State of Play is brewed in the sunny Hawkes Bay using New Zealand hops and Canterbury malt to create a full flavoured IPA. 

Using a special yeast, this beer is naturally brewed, retaining all the flavour while only producing a tiny amount of alcohol that is less than 0.5% ABV.
