TABA Nelson is our Farmhouse IPA dry hopped with our hand selected Nelson Sauvin hops from Hop Revolution. TABA is our rotating series that explores hop interaction with our There and Back Again cultures. This Farmhouse IPA is a collaborative effort with our dear friend Dr. Jason Rodriguez. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to create a reproducible process that produces a beautiful and elegant farmhouse ale that is dry, slightly tart, full of flavor, and super drinkable. The interplay of our slow souring process, its respective microorganisms, hops, bitterness, gravity manipulation, and minerality have been through countless iterations over the years. We took our There and Back Again cultures and allowed it ferment over several months before dry hopping it with Nelson. We then bottle conditioned it for several months prior to today’s release. TABA Nelson is something for the beer and wine drinker alike. It pours a vibrant golden yellow releasing aromas and flavors of balanced citrus, white riesling grapes, apricot, pleasant funk, and crisp apple all wrapped up in a finish that offers an incredibly #balancedacidity. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated, it will continue to evolve over time if properly cellared.

This is Kilowatt, and by heavens, we are all here for this brand-new, topped-up-to-the-brim cream smoothie sour championing our Liquid Cream treatment. Combining post-fermentation additions of blackcurrant, passionfruit, and banana purees with a big splurge of silky coconut cream all topped off with a honey-lemon coulis drizzle. This obtusely packed fun tube is just the kind of high-voltage madness one needs when face to face with summer at the doorstep.

Stacked Pistachio Chocolate Honey Cake takes inspiration from a dessert we recently enjoyed. Just a few spoons in, we knew we had to bring this to light in liquid form. Following a long boil of our base stout, we added a healthy dose of pistachios, honey, cacao nibs, and cake mix. A decadent pour leads to aromas of pistachio chocolate pudding and flavors of creamy devil's food cake batter, raw honeycomb, and something we would imagine a pistachio Snickers bar would taste like. The liquid frosted chocolate cake meets honey baklava flavor profile wraps up with a slick and velvety finish we tend to get with a honey addition, offering stacked milkshake-like flavors you could enjoy with a straw

Frontline is a brand new, topped-up-to-the-brim sour that’s received our full Fresh-Fruit Smoothie treatment, with a kiss of marshmallow because why not. Starting with an oat-heavy base and a touch of wheat for a full body, we’ve double-soured it with our house lacto culture. Then, we've added a brain-melting amount of fresh pineapple juice, banana cream, and guava puree, along with kisses of pink and white marshmallows, and a hint of vanilla for good measure. The forbidden smoothie awaits.

From our R&D and on-going cream style sour program comes 🎨Paint Job🎨- like a creamy tropical fruit cocktail, this is a new one for our books. With an oat-heavy base, and a touch of spelt for a super full body, we’ve gone and brewed the number with Bega lactose and double-soured it with our house lacto culture. With guava, strawberry, and pineapple and coconut ice-cream. It is liquid art for your mouth.

We’ve been wanting to make another beer like this for a while, and of course, it had to be with our pals at 450 North Brewing Co in the mighty USA. To our pastry sour base, we’ve added big fat stupid amounts of mango, guava, coconut ice cream, milk sugar, and banana. It’s so good it should be illegal. It might be. We might be on the lam now. Go ahead, blow the whistle on us.
