Unit price per3 Fonteinen Framboos is the result of macerating hand-picked whole raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic.
The raspberry lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the raspberry lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Framboos. With an abundant forest fruit nose as it warms in the glass,
3 Fonteinen Framboos will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artifcial juices, syrups, or sugars added.
Traditional Lambic is living, cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley!

Unit price perBrewed with fresh sour cherry?s this high fermentation ale has a ruby red color and a reddish pale head. This beer has a scent and aroma of fresh marzipan with an explosion of cherries and raspberries. A play of sweet and sour that refreshes and charms with a very light bitterness that nicely balances the whole. It is surprisingly light and easily digestible for a fairly strong beer.
Alcohol volume: 8%
Taste bitterness: 10 EBU
Colour: 28 EBC
Pouring temperature: 5? - 7?
Shelf life: 2 year
A “light”, brown abbey ale with a deep colour with red reflections, chocolate, coffee and liquorice aromas and a touch of aniseed and white fruit notes. The first sip is full-flavoured, with a hint of acidity which heightens the roasted notes provided by the special malts. Malted flavours are prominent on the palate. The finish is particularly long, mainly acidic with a hint of sourness and a faint bitter aftertaste. Served cold, the spicy aromas will come to the fore, whereas when served at cellar temperature they give way to toasted, biscuit notes. Worth rediscovering again and again.

Unit price perDrie Fonteinen Golden Doesjel is blend of one-, two-, three-, and four-year-old lambic that did not carbonate, making it a doesjel (lazy) beer. It has been released twice in 375ml bottles. It is labeled as 6% ABV.
Golden Doesjel was first released in late 2013 after being bottled in April 2012. A second batch was bottled in May 2013 and released in early 2014. It is unclear where the four-year-old lambic comes from for these blends. The beer saw widespread distribution including in the United States and Canada. Both batches of Golden Doesjel would have been released as Oude Geuze Golden Blend had they refermented in the bottle.

Unit price perBrut Nature is a copper-colored ' Brut Style ' beer. The term Brut originally comes from the Champagne world and is used to refer to dry champagnes. Brut Nature is a top fermentation beer, refermented in the bottle with a wild yeast . This wild yeast makes Brut Nature ' lively ' and ensures a pleasantly dry beer with a low sugar content. Brut Nature is a beer that evolves in the bottle and can be kept for up to 5 years . The use of dry hopping with Belgian hops emphasizes the fruity and spicy character of the 5 hop varieties . The result is a dry, mildly bitter beer with a pleasant aftertaste.
The different fermentation stages, top fermentation and refermentation in the bottle with wild yeast require a brewing process of at least 3 months.

Unit price perNocturne is a spontaneously fermented full malt beer. Not your typical lambik beer, but our take on a Vlaams Oud Bruin. The beer was brewed with five different barley malts, from pilsner malt to dark roasted malts, and no wheat whatsoever.
This batch was brewed in April 2019 with more lighter malt, and put on oak barrels for three years before we blended it with a small portion of freshly brewed Nocturne. The weighted average age of this beer upon bottling is 33 months.

Unit price perDe Cam Kriek has a ruby red colour with a tiny head. Aromas of vinegar, sweet cherries, sweeter oak, funk and some tartness as well. The taste is acidic and very tart with notes of cherry, vinegar, stable and some eatable 'multivitamins'. Pretty laid back Kriek which is more subtle in terms of fruitiness (due to the age) - but still a very solid and interesting Kriek!
