Unit price perLiefmans is made with a combination of light, dark and roasted malt. After fermenting for a week, the beer spends from between two months to a year maturing in our cellars, depending on the type. The typical bitterness, with sweet overtones, is created by blending mature beers with younger brews.
Liefmans Kriek-Brut is a deep reddish-brown colour, with a pale head and wood and almond notes. On the palette, you can clearly taste the slightly sweet, yet at the same time gently bitter fruit flavours. This is a beer that just oozes class…

Unit price perAchel 8 Blond is a light golden beer with a massive 4 finger head that never went away. The head was so white & frothy I let it sit for 10-15 minutes & it never went away. Aroma was grassy & spritzy & had a fair amount of carbonation. Taste was the same as the aroma & was a very smooth beer.

Unit price perFrom the cherry tree’s transient flowers, its fruits ripen – round, red and packed with sunshine. Timmermans Kriek blends its famed lambic with this sweetness for a beer that can quench any thirst. Its natural freshness will make you blush for joy.
Its flavour is all cherry, as is already apparent from its very powerful nose. Its acidity is neutralised by its agreeably sweet and fruity bouquet. Its taste pervades the mouth and lingers gently, elegantly tinted with summer cherries.

Unit price per"Grande Réserve" is an exceptional beer fermented in Brandy barrels. The beer enjoys a triple fermentation and a long maturation in barrel. Grande Réserve is not filtered or pasteurized.
This year the Grande Réserve fermented on wooden Brandy barrels surprises us with a rich combination of flavors. On first encounter, aromas of ripe dried fruits such as raisins and dates bring a warm invitation to the nose mixed with a subtle hint of caramel.
On the palate, the velvety texture of caramel and dried fruit is blended with toasted hazelnut. The presence of tannins adds a pleasing structure, while a touch of bitterness perfectly balances the alcohol. A warming finish remains, inviting further experience.

Unit price perDelirium Tremens' brother, Delirium Nocturnum, is a darker style of Belgian ale from the Huyghe Brewery, featuring more robust notes of well-roasted malt at its core. As ever, it comes in their unique bottles with the very cool labels...
Plenty of the fruit notes from the Delirium Tremens can be found here, namely banana and ripe pear, but now it's joined by a generous helping of chocolate malt goodness. Bitterness is more restrained than the Tremens, too. More focus is put on the caramel sweetness and vibrant fruit.
