Unit price perPure Eden is a bold expression of Shiraz from a single vineyard site in the Eden Valley, which was vineyard planted by Charles Angas in the 1890s. The vineyard was later owned by the Shiltons from 1911 to 1926; Meakins 1926 to 1929; Roeslers 1929 to 1961; Andretzkes 1961 to 2011 and, now, by the Lindner family. This wine is a reward of these guardians? efforts for more than 100 years.
This wine is a beautifully ripe Shiraz with rich blackberry and blueberry flavours and aromas of black olive, cedar, earth and white pepper. Velvety tannins add structure and texture to this wine. Ageing was for 24 months in French oak, 47% new and the balanced pre-used oak.
Langmeil is owned by the Lindner family, which has been making wine for six generations in the Barossa Valley.
Te Mata Tasting Note
The deep crimson colour of Coleraine ‘21, edged in royal purple, is the first clue to this wine’s exceptional character. Pure Hawke’s Bay cabernet aromatics leap from the glass – wild blackberry, blackcurrant, thyme, and cedar, all interwoven with that signature Coleraine perfume of fresh roses.
The palate precisely balances richness with vibrant energy; modern and varietally expressive, with cassis, raspberry, mocha, spice, and a distinctive minerality that is uniquely 2021. The fruit ripeness is so succulent, it cloaks those profound, chiselled tannins that carry the palate on endlessly. With perfume, power, finesse, and length this is an absolute original. Coleraine ’21 is ‘The One’.

Unit price perPanhead - In hot rodding a Rad Rod is a chopped, low slung, rough and rusty special, designed for go more than show. A little like a classic hazy IPA in other words. There's a killer American hopping regime inside this unfiltered diamond, throwing the juicy orange and fruit salad characters forward without too much bitterness or malty sophistication.
6.5% ABV.

?Very smart nose fully vindicates my enthusiasm for NZ Chardonnay.
If only all white burgundy smelt this clean and compelling. Crystalline fruit. Good, medium weight of pure fruit that?s already intense but promises much more in the future. Long and complex. No playing around with reduction. A beautiful wine.?
95 Points, Cameron Douglas MS, NZ
"An intriguing almost sensual bouquet of Chardonnay. Aromas of red apple and sweet peach tea, lees spices and white flowers, flint and chalk-like minerality, and a light dusting of fragrant baking spices. Very sophisticated and quite pure on the palate - dry, complex, even and lengthy. A precise palate weight with a youthful acid line, extremely fine wood tannins and fine lees texture. Flavours of white and yellow orchard fruits, wood spices and fine stone-like minerality. A delicious example, modern, youthful, complex and intriguing. Lots to like. Drink now and through 2026."

Unit price perGraciano is one of Spain?s best kept wine secrets - a red grape with thick skins that is a tricky customer to grow, which means there?s precious little of it about, even in the vineyards of the Rioja, where it is one of the traditional ingredients in the wine of the same name.
This is a dark Spanish beauty with soft fruit flavours, medium body and fresh, long finish.

Unit price perVi?a Casa Viva was founded in 1993 in Chile?s Casablanca Valley where a strong maritime influence, and a significant difference between daytime and night time temperatures (diurnal variation) allow for a longer ripening process that results in tremendous balance between acidity and sugar levels.
This Carmenere, the grape that put Chile on the map, is beautifully fragrant with dark fruits complexed by savoury herbal, almost minty elements. The palate is lush and opulent with the silken texture we have come to expect from ripe yet balanced fruit that is grown in this region.
