Clynelish is a delicious and distinctive Single Malt Scotch Whisky from one of Scotland's most northerly distileries, which is situated at Brora on the stormy north east coast.
Aged for 14 years in specially selected oak casks then bottled at a full 46% abv, this is a light yet firm-bodied maritime single malt. Fresh and creamy-smooth on the palate, it has a smoky, sea-spicy character and a very pleasing texture which is highly regarded by malt whisky connoisseurs.

It was initially matured in American oak barrels before a finishing period in casks that previously held Tempranillo red wine, imparting a brilliant colour as well as berry-forward flavour profile.

One of our favourite whiskies - it's what we like to refer to as a "perfect allrounder". There's no doubt it's a sherried whisky - ageing for 12 years in refill sherry butts, but there's a delicious hint of peat in there too. It's the type of whisky that everyone enjoys.Colour: Vibrant amber gold.Nose:????Fresh and beautifully light, sherried fruit combined with a tempting spicy sweetness and a hint of sappy oak.?Palate:??Full bodied, delightful sherried fruit, with oak, a hint of peat and delicious sweet sensations.?FYI - this litre price is cheaper than the 700ml (which was $93 when we had it!)
he wonderful Tullamore D.E.W. has gone and finished its original blend of pot still, malt and grain Irish whiskeys in first fill Caribbean rum casks which previously held Demerara rum. As well as being a taste sensation, the expression pays tribute to the role that Irish immigrants played in the development of rum in the Caribbean back in the 17th century. Some history for you while you sip.
Nose: Cherry pie, lots of tropical mango and banana alongside buttery caramel, with sweet malt and rum spice.
Palate: Lemon curd, caramelised pineapple and brown sugar, with oak spice and lots of dried fruit.
Finish: Chewy orange sweeties, ripe banana drizzled with runny caramel, with a prickle of aromatic spice appearing on the finish.
Finlaggan is very much the SECRET Islay, as the name of the distillery from which it comes is a closely guarded secret and known to only a select few.
Colour: Very pale straw with lemony-yellow highlights.
Nose: Full & pungent with an earthy smokiness & fresh hints of ozone.
Flavour: Dry, smoky & fresh, clean & big-bodied. Finish: Long & smooth with a smoky-burnt oakiness & a very slight edge of richness.

Unit price perA smooth and balanced spirit - a fine blend of golden grain and full flavoured malted barley. Triple-distilled and aged a minimum of three years in bourbon barrels. Proper No. Twelve offers hints of vanilla, honey-like sweetness and toasted wood. A proper salute to all.
Coffey Malt is made from 100% malted barley. However it is not categorized as ?malt whisky? but as ?grain whisky? since it is not distilled in a pot still. This unique production method results in extraordinary flavors and texture.
Please note that this product ships from our Hamilton warehouse and will take 2-3 days for delivery and for click and collection.
This whisky is all about big wood and big peat thanks to triple maturation in ex-Bourbon barrels, quarter casks and finally European oak Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. There's vanilla from the bourbon casks and big robust dark fruit flavours from the PX which all balance the distillery's big, phenolic peat style nicely.

Unit price perThis release is part of Aberfeldy and Craigellachie's Exceptional Cask Series. This series consists of exceedingly rare single cask and double cask bottlings, each of which are hand-selected by Malt Master Stephanie Macleod and released in limited quantities. This double cask bottling was finished in sherry casks and bottled at 52%.
This double-cask bottling from Aberfeldy?s Exceptional Cask Series has a nose full of dark fruits, toffee, figs, Christmas cake, and muted spices. The taste is intense and spicy with clove, cinnamon, and black pepper notes that fade to reveal hints of Christmas cake, toffee, and a slight oakiness. Adding water tamps down the spices while bringing out fruitier notes. The finish is long with a good balance of spices and toffee sweetness.
