The Tullamore Dew 12 years old is a triple distilled blend of three types of Irish whiskey - pot still, malt and 'golden grain', matured for 12 years in a combination of American and European oak casks. Soft and creamy with an added richness from the sherry casks, this is a deeper and more complex Tullamore than usual.

A previously exclusive release in the Causeway Collection that is now available. This 2008 Jupille Casks Single Malt was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2021. Aged in Jupille Casks, very obscure French oak barrel produced from the Jupille Forest near the Loire Valley. Incredible notes of black fruits, subtle spices, and pear on the palate. Bottled at cask strength and non chill-filtered.

Nose: The immediate nose in this unique Irish Whiskey is how thick the aroma is.; This pot still Irish whiskey hints at being much more mature than it's 8 years, you might say this whiskey is an "old soul" thanks to the lovely dustiness and the breath of sherry.; There are subtitle hints of the bourbon wood floating through the nose, but it's masked by the clear vapor of menthol and malt.

Taste: Full bodied, sweet and rich from start to finish.; This is soon blended with a favorable spice, yet all this is balanced keeping Green Spot whiskey soft on the tongue while still punching the taste buds with the hard evidence of the pure pot still malt. Teeling Single Grain Irish Whiskey is crafted using an unconventional mash bill consisting of 95% corn and 5% malted barley that has been triple distilled and matured exclusively in French oak Ex-Cabernet Sauvignon red wine casks from California, producing a truly unique Irish Whiskey

Yellow with golden highlights. Vibrant with notes of melon, figs, toffee and lemon. A balanced mix of dry fruits, citrus, vanilla, spice and cloves. Long finish with sweetness in harmony with dry tannins from the woods.

Green Spot Chateau Montelena Finish is a Rich and spicy triple-distilled pot-still whiskey from Midleton is initially aged in bourbon and sherry casks before being finished for 12 months in casks that used to hold rich red Zinfandel wine from the famed Chateau Montelena in California's Napa Valley. Montelena was bought by Irishman Jim Barrett in the 1970s, and this release celebrates the shared heritage of his wine and Midleton's fine whiskey. It's rich and spicy, with layers of marzipan and toasted oak on top of the pot-still fruit and weightiness.

Finish:  Long, rich, oily.
