Light Pilsner is an award winning beer that is lighter on alcohol and carbs but still packed with all the flavour you would expect from a Sunshine brew.

Tasting Note: We built the malt base to give palate weight to this low carb and light alcohol pilsner. The combination of Citra and Mosaic hops create a flavour driven beer with a refreshingly crisp finish. Great anytime!

A summer project for the team at Sunshine Brewery. Local watermelon, lime juice and guava create a refreshing heavy fruited sour. A heavy wheat grist provides plenty of body to balance all the light fruit making this a perfect sipper through the summer and autumn months.

NEW RELEASE – Russian Imperial Stout

As we head into winter we’ve got the perfect fireside drop – Russian Imperial Stout.  Don’t panic! Like a black hole, this opaque beer absorbs all light.  Sit down and allow time to bend and stretch whilst thinking of the complexities of beer and the universe.  Sit back and imagine how many versions of you and this beer are being enjoyed.  Enjoy now, or cryogenically freeze and save for some years down the line.

Here at Sunshine Brewery we’ve reached an incredible milestone –  3000 brews!!!!  To celebrate we’ve brewed a giant, hoppy beverage perfect to share with your mates and cleverly called it “Brew 3000”.

The 3 made us immediately think triple, so we brewed a Westie-styled IIIPA.  A simple and clean malt bill provides the backdrop to showcase a trio of American hops, Mosaic Cryo, Amarillo and Idaho 7.  A big beer for a big occasion. Enjoy cold, enjoy fresh, enjoy responsibly.

We love sour beers, and with sunny drinking weather on the way we figured we’d take a crack at an Imperial this time around.  The idea coming from a beloved English pudding – Eton Mess. We have thrown in every berry we could get our hands on and topped it all off with lashings of vanilla and milk sugar.  Our new favourite dessert.

8.0% ABV

No Access is a fun break that peaks as consistently as our East Coast IPA. Powered by a juicy swell of 5 of the most aromatic hops going around and backed up by a big palate built on Marris Otter, Oats and Wheat. Surges of tropical fruit and lime lead through to an easy bitterness and hazy goodness.

6.0% ABV.

If you like medium bodied, easy to drink, golden pale ales, this one’s for you. Tropical fruit aromas over a sweet malt base makes this a go-to beer for every occasion.

5.0% ABV.

This beer is designed after the beloved classic, the Margarita. This beer isn’t that different from others in our Sour Range, an even balance between pilsner and wheat malts, brewed with Philly Sour yeast. However, this time around a small dose of salt with the familiar fruit additions. The raspberry and lime add a heap of flavour to balance the acid, and the salt keeps you coming back for more. Throw on some Jimmy Buffet and enjoy this cracker of a quaffable sour.

NEW RELEASE – West Coast Style Lager

Genre-defying and proudly hard to categorise – call it a West Coast Style Lager, Pilsner, IPL, or Cold IPA. This boundary-pushing brew represents our take on this ever-evolving style, crafted as part of our Lager House Series.

Built on a clean Pilsner base, we’ve loaded it with a power trio of sought-after hops – Citra, Mosaic, and Riwaka. True to traditional lager crafting, we’ve brewed it low and slow with Lager yeast ,allowing it to mature through a month-long conditioning period for exceptional clarity and character.

• Process: 4-week conditioning
