Chilli Mexican Lager
Once a summer keg only creation, we now have so much demand that we decided to package this spicy delight. Still made with local Gisborne corn, all NZ malts and then sat to rest on Fire Dragon chillies from Northland. A refreshingly dry lager that has just a touch of fire and flavour from our mates up north.

Last year we released an American Wheat Beer with Peaches and it went down a treat. So much so we figured we would do it again. Keep the name, the Peaches and the Apricot. Once again, brewed with neutral yeast so enjoy another Wheat Beer without all the phenolics. |

Tamarind Biére De Garde is a farmhouse ale using classic blonde grist with tamarind additions. If you don’t know about this versatile leguminous fruit, you surely know the products it is most used in. Think Pad Thai, Massaman curry, Worcestershire, and HP sauce... It provides a balanced flavour of tart and umami blending perfectly with rich sweet malts and earthy bitterness from Fuggle hops and fruit profile expressed by French ale yeasts. |
