This is a recipe inspired by the diversity of our land: Oaxaca. We use our GAD agave spirit as the base, then we macerate the 8 botanics: juniper and 7 botanics from Oaxaca: avocado leaf, yerba santa, cacao and Oaxaca tangerine amongst others; then we make a triple distillation.

This is a Gin made with local ingredients as a homage to the diversity of our region.

Notes ? There is a balance between the avocado, yerba santa and the juniper with a final touch of agave.

Galliano Amaretto is a rich, well balanced almond liqueur with an ABV of 28%. It is the perfect balance of almond and cherries, roasted cocoa beans & a hint of bourbon vanilla. Galliano Amaretto has a ?luxurious, luscious? taste. The viscosity is high which gives a ?full mouth feel?.

All the ingredients and aromatic distillates are carefully blended at Maraschi e Quirici in Torino.

To the eye: Perfectly colourless. Perfect limpidity To the nose: Strong aromatic intensity, well emphasised by the alcoholic strength. The first impression is one of freshness balanced by floral notes of star aniseed essential oil. Then smooth and complex notes brought by the other essential oils and aromatic herbs. The strength and purity of the alcohol allow the lingering of these perceptions. To the mouth: The first impression is one of great smoothness, of an agreeable unctuousness resulting from the right sugar/alcohol balance. An impressive whisky liqueur from Drambuie, with the name celebrating both the legend of its creation during the Jacobite uprising of the 1740s and the company's large collection of Jacobite glassware.

A blend of 21 year old whiskies that was matured for a further 24 years in a mix of sherry and bourbon oak, for a total of 45 years, before mixing with Drambuie's secret recipe of herbs and spices.

The liqueur has been filled into an etched lead crystal decanter and is presented in a double doored wooden cabinet with a replica Spottiswoode 'Amen' glass and a leather bound book telling the story of the Jacobite collection.

This Bourbon-based honey-sweet liqueur manages to mask the alcoholic burn, powerful punch and everything else "wild" about Wild Turkey in a thick, viscous, golden solution that features hints of citrus and caramel. About Fenton Street Distillery

Fenton Street Gin is crafted in Stratford at an elevation of 310m/1017 feet. They capture Botanics at altitude. Their botanics are not distilled separately then blended. To ensure flavours are balanced they are carefully measured in much the same way as a chef creates a dish.

Due to the freshness and volume of the botanicals, some of the Fenton Street gins may appear cloudy when tonic is added or sipped on ice. This is because their gins are non-chill filtered. Stuart Greenhill, head distiller said: ?We don?t want to chill-filter. The whole point of our gin is to capture flavours from carefully selected and measured botanics. It seems unproductive to distil in what is essentially a neutral flavoured spirit and then filter out the natural oils again.?

Triple Juniper Gin combines three different distillation processes, each uncovering the bright and earthy qualities of juniper.

Juniper berries are first steeped in Australian wheat spirit for 24 hours. This steep, along with fresh juniper is then added to the still before finally, more juniper is added to the vapour basket to capture the fresh and floral juniper character.

Our eight other botanicals include coriander seed, angelica root, orris root, lemon peel, lime peel, liquorice root, cinnamon and Australian pepper berry.
