All the way from Japan's Hokkaido island comes Etsu Gin! This fantastically floral expression features a selection of botanical from Japan, including tea leaves and yuzu. Rather excellent in a G&T, but can also be simply sipped over ice with a sprig of mint if you're a particularly big fan of floral gins.

Tasting Notes
COLOUR : Clear.
NOSE : Floral & vegetal, notes of citrus fruits with yuzu persistent.
PALATE : Fresh and well-balanced, peppers with hints of green teas and berries.
FINISH : Sansho pepper ending on yuzu aromas.

The Cotswolds Distillery in Stourton is up and running - hooray! This is their Cotswolds Dry Gin, made with juniper, coriander and angelica root macerated in their pure wheat spirit for 24 hours. Following this, they add a botanical selection including bay leaf, grapefruit, lime, black pepper, cardamom seed and Cotswolds lavender to their carter head still for distillation. To bring it down to bottling strength, a robust 46% ABV, they use naturally refined Cotswolds water.

Nose: Light, floral juniper blends well with the Cotswolds lavender. This soon gives way to the vibrant grapefruit peel and warming cardamom.

Palate: Opening with grapefruit, fresh juniper and black pepper, followed by herbaceous notes of bay leaf, coriander and angelica. More lavender brings a bright, delicate character to the full-bodied gin.

Finish: Refreshingly clean on the palate, with lime and bay leaf.

Made with 100% handpicked agave and well water from 140 meters deep, creating a bold spirit full of mineral and earthy flavors and rich agave aroma and taste. 

Terralta Tequila is produced at the popular and prestigious Los Altos (highland) distillery of Destileria el Pandillo- NOM 1579, home of G4.

• Flavor - whiskey/oak, light maple, some leather, a fruity (apple) presence, mild spice, a pinch of vanilla and smoke, and some cinnamon.
• Taste - medium oils, very little heat, caramel, spice, light chocolate, mild cinnamon, smooth, and some buttery notes.
• Finish - mild chocolate and caramel, a pinch of spice and smoke, some minor heat with mild leather, in a medium/long finish.

This vodka is made with the finest Irish grain and is flavoured using Irish nettles and fruit from the Kigelia Africana tree found in Africa and known locally as the ?Sausage Tree? ? and whose curative and purifying powers are highly sought safter.

Originated in 1862, Bacardi superior rum is the original, mixable light-bodied rum aged between one to two years in carefully selected oak barrels. After ageing, the rums are blended and passed through a second charcoal filtration to achieve maximum clarity and characteristic Barcardi smoothness. Barcardi Superior is clean in colour, smooth in taste and dry in flavour with impressions of vanilla and subtle aromas of almonds and tropical fruits. Its finish is dry and smooth.

ABV 37.5%

It is a blending of Calvados aged a minimum of 15 years. In fact, it contains percentages of older Calvados that gives it all its nobleness.

It lets in the mouth a subtle taste of apple that gradually gives way to the refined alliances of the tannin of old Calvados. It is perfect harmony between the apple and the wood, with underlying aromas. The Calvados of all the nice moments.

The Vintner: Oak immersed in red wine for 24 months, distilled off with Juniper, Coriander, Cassia Bark, Kawakawa, Tarata, Angelica, Lemon Zest, Horopito, Pepper & Nutmeg, Honey. A favourite of the distiller. Bronze medalist at NZ Spirit Awards 2020.
