Hoppiness is what you've come to expect from us, but now we're going in a completely different direction. For this bock, the brewers had a mission: to get as close to a gingerbread as possible. Expect a very spicy dish with real gingerbread and all kinds of herbs and malts to enhance the taste of gingerbread even more.

The beauty of a grape ale is that there are niente rules to the beer style. Nada. That's music to the ears of these serenade singing cowboys from Uiltje. For this Roman Stallion, we blended red wine and oak from Gaul with aromatic Nelson Sauvin hops, coriander seed, fresh bergamot and grapefruit. It's citrusy and sour but not too, capiche? Like Roman emperors and spaghetti westerns, this beer is witty, sarcastic and inspiring (with the exception of Nero and Caligula). A grape ale that follows its own rules (even if there are no rules). Weird guys, those owls.

You may be thinking, there is honey in this Session IPA. HA! Nada! Nasi putih! Sorry, mate. After we played the Jackass movies all the way through, in honor of the stupidest game ever invented, we named our beer after it. Lightly carbonated, but hugely pungent. A tropical three-hoppy blend with notes of citrus, stone fruit and resinous bitterness. Enjoy this awe-inspiring sting. But Beehive Tetherball? No goos, #NeverClever! Don't try this at home.

Okay, guess the nature of this beer. Juicy? U! Four aromatic hops? U-1! Silky mouthful? U-I-L! Super fruity tropical forward? U-I-L-T! Dry spicy finish? U-I-L-T-J! Dry spicy finish? U-I-L-T-J! Thiolized Verdant yeast? U-I-L-T-J-E! Hangman! Nah brah, we're just pulling your leg. Gallows humor, get it? This dank happy NEIPA is all of the above. Let's just say this is our latest attempt to brew a perfectly unfussy NEIPA for beer geeks and beer curious alike. Hang your victorian hat on that!

We're going to need a bigger Boat! More delicious hops, and more flavour, but with less of a body. This Bright IPA boasts everything you want from a Hazy without being as filling so you can focus on the fruity and juicy flavours that you're after in a beer.

The crisp dry finish goes perfectly with a Texas dry rub, Carolina Reaper and sweet Kansas City BBQ sauce. Finally, a quality craft beer brewed to be the underdog with your grilling, with just enough bitterness to go along with any burger you prepare. Nope, it won't make you a chef, but it will help you cool down under the great pressure a pitmaster carries on his shoulders.

6.4% - 6.4 carat West Coast Red IPA

Cut and polished to perfection. Red Diamond - 6.4 carat West Coast style Red IPA. A blend of four malts and hand selected Chinook, Mosaic and Citra hops create a rich red IPA loaded with juicy high kilned malt rubescence, deftly balanced with clean grapefruit and juniper bitterness and bursting with citrus, blueberry and mango indica notes. Diamonds are a hophead's best friend.

5.6% - Kiwi Hopped NZ IPA

Care for a Liquid Refreshment? 100% Kiwi hopped NZ IPA, brewed with a selection of Aotearoa's finest and finished with a hit of brand new liquid Motueka Sub Zero Hop Kief. Bright golden IPA with clean, snappy bitterness and luscious lifted notes of citrus, feijoa and ripe stone fruit. Just pure refreshment - it’s Kiwi in a can.

Flannel Hazy Oat Cream IPA 8%

Slip into something a little more comfortable. Flannel, king of fabrics, the freshest cut from our Oat Cream series. Huge additions of creamy oats and lactose create a super smooth sweet oat milk base, woven together with Galaxy, Peacharine, Luminosa and Sabro loaded with tangerine, peach, mango, coconut and berry. So smooth!

BLOOD ORANGE ECLIPSE, IPA 5.5%

Amarillo, Citra and Cryo Simcoe hops have fallen into delicious alignment with our in-house blood orange extract to create a juicy IPA bursting with citrus notes.

Moustache Ride - Milkshake IPA 6.5%

Who wants a Moustache Ride? This beer does! Whether or not you have a mo, you don't want to miss this bad Mama Jamma. All the fruit flavours from the hops and not too bitter make for a smooth drinker. 

Flavours: Think the body and juiciness of a hazy with extra smooth and sweet from the lactose to balance the hops. Sometimes called an Oat Cream IPA in the States. Late addition Amarillo, Kohia Nelson and Riwaka layer juicy flavours over the creamy base.

Just like a birthday cake, this beer has layers of velvety and fluffy flavors that build on top of each other. A triad of intense hops fuel the juicy flavor – Galaxy, Citra, and Strata. Together they blend a fruit basket of aromas and flavors such as passionfruit, citrus, strawberry, and peach. Everything is smeared on a balanced and pillowy base of malt and fermentation.

Brewed with 100% Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest and named after the Two Hearted River in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, this IPA is bursting with hop aromas ranging from pine to grapefruit from massive hop additions in both the kettle and the fermenter.

Perfectly balanced with a malt backbone and combined with the signature fruity aromas of Bell's house yeast, this beer is remarkably drinkable and well suited for adventures everywhere
