Drawing inspiration from the fidelity of a saison — rustic, alluringly cloudy and crisp — this imperial IPA was brewed using oats and wheat. Dry-hopped twice and completely untouched post fermentation to preserve aroma and flavor.

Tired of talking my friends into pit stops at beer bars before heading “out” — in fear of having to drink bland lager all night — I set out to craft an ale that would act as companion throughout the evening. Leon is assertively hopped and fermented dry using champagne yeast. The yeast and the hops in combination with a simple malt bill provides the beer with a quality of being rich in taste yet refreshing.

GRAPEFRUIT IPA 440ML

A very large aromatic citrus and hop
aroma, very lean on the malt with layers
of hoppy tanginess.

Taking the Haze Phaze to new places with this 100% NZ IPA. Pours like unset jaffa instant pudding with sensational aromas of diesel marinated passion fruit, feijoas and rangpur limes.

Rabbit Board
Single Block IPA - Rakau and Nelson HOPS

 Rabbit Board is named after one of Søren’s favourite hop gardens cultivated by our friends at Garston Hops.
This block refers to the "Rabbit Board" - folks tasked with keeping the rabbit population at bay - that once stayed on that bit of land. This single block India Pale Ale embraces the terroir of Southland hops, bursting with stonefruity, tropical, dank, and resinous Rakau and Sauvin hops.
A generous malt base rounds out the palate for a
tasty-as New Zealand IPA that’s moreish and satisfying.
