Before haze became a craze, Great Migration IPA was there. It's our original IPA. Brimming with a tantalising blend of American and New Zealand hops, it explodes with aromatic orange peel, pine needles and plump, ripe stone fruit. Toffee and soft, bready malt notes give way to balanced, moreish bitterness making it a worthy brew after any great journey.

Bootleg Brewing - Caesar said he wanted a tropical Indian Pale Ale to keep him happy and get the monkey off our back, we jammed this beer full of our favourite USA and Kiwi hops.  It bloody worked!

8.2% - Hazy Double IPA

Could it be love at first sight? Fuzzy Feelings - Hazy Double IPA. An extra smooth hazy, laden with luscious oats and wheat and layered with waves of Strata, Citra, Luminosa, Galaxy and Peacharine hops delivering pineapple, citrus, sweet tropical fruit and juicy ripe peach. Giving you those Fuzzy Feelings.

Combing a cool lager fermentation, and a mixture of striking aromatic hops from Germany, NZ and the Czech Republic. Fervour is tropical, citrus tinged and smashable.

5.0% - Mango, Ginger & Tamarind Hazy

Riffing on Egmont Street Eatery’s Caribbean Island inspired Kingston Tastee burger, this Tastee Hazee is brewed with light pilsner malt, plump wheat, and golden naked oats matched with the tropical notes of Mosaic, Citra, and Motueka hops, and spiced up with a subtle touch of tamarind, mango, and ginger. Perfect beside your burger - or just by itself - for your own island getaway.

THE YARN BEHIND THE BREW

Born one of eleven children, John Edward Shewry, better known as Ned, grew up just outside the border of the Whangamomona Republic. At 17, Ned and his brother Archie went to work, clearing their family farm with just an axe, a saw and a box of matches. His elders soon saw Ned’s potential with the Axe and entered him into the local Wood Chopping competition. Disposing of the local competition, Ned would go on to win multiple world titles, setting world records along the way. His skills became legend that he could dehorn cattle with one swift swing.

This NZIPA delivers a hefty blow of Rakau and Nelson Sauvin from Clayton Hops, and was first brewed for Smith’s NZIPA Challenge 2024 in Queenstown, New Zealand.

A collaboration with hop magicians Fidens. This triple ipa with pineapple is dry hopped with Citra, Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy. Next level. Enthusiastically crafted at our church brewery on Sturegatan 41 in Sundbyberg, Stockholm, Sweden.

The 2024 Bird of the Year is now also the Bird with a Beer. We love our Hoiho here in Dunedin, and are proud to have played a part in turning its yellow eyes gold ? for the second time. People's Penguin is easy-drinking, with vibrant notes of stone fruit, and a biscuity malt backbone.
It features local Garston Rakau hops, and Riwaka & Amplifire hop oil from Clayton. Enjoy the sweet taste of victory.
