Designed to be light and aromatic with a minimal malt base packed with NZ hops. Wai?iti (low alpha hop - more hop and less bitterness). NZ grown Chinook hops (Punchy flavoursome hop)

This lightly hued brew (think White IPA) delivers an easy and refreshing experience with a fruity nose. Light notes of stone fruit and grapefruit on the palate thanks to the likes of Wai-iti and Falconers Flight hops give way to a bright, refreshing finish of piney goodness courtesy of Chinook and Columbus hops. This Imperial Cold IPA, brewed for the annual WCIPA Challenge at Malthouse, is cold fermented for a super-smooth, crisp finish. In classic WCIPA fashion, we’ve packed this beer with Nectaron, Simcoe, Citra and Cryo Mosaic hops for a huge burst of bright citrus and pine. Packs more punch than a butt-kicking bandicoot!

A modern cult classic inspired by the Pale Ales that travelled from England to the East Indies and, perhaps more importantly, by all that precious and delicious tea that returned on those same ships.

Gunnamatta utilises judicious amounts of Earl Grey Blue Flower tea to generate an intoxicating floral and citrus aroma with the quenching dry finish of an ice tea. A truly unique new world India Pale Ale with a decidedly old world twist.

Snow Freeze NZIPA is a big 7.0% IPA that has been brewed with the dominant hop being Nelson Sauvin with 

Nectron ,Superdelic and WAi-Iti helping in a supporting role..

Stone Delicious IPA has been a rising star in our lineup thanks to its intense lemony-herbal flavor and aroma. That got us thinking… Why not amp up the citrus factor even more? Adding Talus hops to the mix brings in vibrant tangerine notes which are further amplified by the addition of sweet orange peel. The result is extra citrusy, extra juicy and extra Delicious.
