Holmdale Farm Fresh Hop Pale Ale, Special Release 5% 440ml can

A Pale Ale base beer that features undried fresh hops harvested from Holmdale Farm at Wakefield, Nelson. Our good friend Cam Elam and his family run this hop farm. Nelson Sauvin was selected this year as the feature hop and from cutting the bine to being in our brewhouse was less than 2 hours. Vibrant Sauvignon Blanc aroma and flavour with fresh, greasy buds, tropical and cut grass.

For when you need to lay low on the island, this tropical hazy is your perfect escape. 

Dive right into juicy stonefruit (nectarine) and citrus (lime) notes alongside delicate florals and a super sessionable finish.

Late hopped with Calypso, H?ll Melon and dry hopped with experiments 09326 and 13459 (USA).

6.0% ABV. 

Prepare to be spellbound by "The Mystic" embark on a journey of discovery with every sip of this Hazy NZ IPA which showcases stone fruits, tropical notes, and a resinous kick. Single-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, it offers big body and bold flavors with a distinct twist.

5.8% ABV.

5.5% Dive into the effervescent world of this Burnt Orange & Dandelion Spritz, where citrus-driven sensations intertwine w/ the complexity of caramelised sweetness & lively zest. Three different types of macerated dandelion roots add an intriguing depth of earthy bitterness, while the ethereal essence of dandelion flowers impart a honey & floral delicacy. Light & refreshing on the palate, each sip offers a symphony of flavours, making for a truly invigorating experience that dances across the senses.

Moveable East Hazy IPA is a hoppy East-coast-style pale ale made with NZ hops. It?s mildly bitter with a biscuity malt base and tropical and citrusy hop aromas.

6% ABV Far Away IPA 

NEW BREW | We blended Australian Eclipse and US Idaho 7 hops here for big clementine and lemon peel aroma and flavour over a moreish soft biscuit malt base and balanced bitterness. Otherworldly, some might say. We just call it bloody good IPA.

The real kicker with collabs is learning new things. For this beer with Cornwell based Verdant Brewing we chose classic Kiwi hops - big additions of Nelson Sauvin, mojito-like Motueka, tropical Moutere and a smooth bitterness from the piney Waimea. 

Then we applied the Verdant-way-of-doing-things including using their renowned yeast - a highly versatile strain with more body than typical IPA yeasts. The best of both worlds in this super juicy Hazy IPA.

The Yorkshire Dales is in our blood, and in our beer. Protecting this beautiful landscape is vital to us at Black Sheep, and every drop of Respire contributes to tree planting in the Yorkshire Dales. Officially carbon neutral, Respire is the true pint with purpose.

We footprinted the brewing, packaging and distribution of Respire, and offset this with official carbon credits, funding high impact bio-diversity projects.

Citra and Chinook hops take the lead in this fresh and hoppy Session IPA, packing bright citrus, tropical fruit and crisp pine notes. Backed up with light, sweet maltiness, rounding out in a refreshing bitter finish.
