Brut Nature is a copper-colored ' Brut Style ' beer. The term Brut originally comes from the Champagne world and is used to refer to dry champagnes. Brut Nature is a top fermentation beer, refermented in the bottle with a  wild yeast . This wild yeast makes Brut Nature ' lively ' and ensures a  pleasantly dry  beer with a low sugar content. Brut Nature is a beer that evolves in the bottle and can  be kept for up to 5 years . The use of dry hopping with Belgian hops emphasizes the fruity and spicy character of the 5 hop varieties . The result is a dry, mildly bitter beer with a pleasant aftertaste.

The different fermentation stages, top fermentation and refermentation in the bottle with wild yeast require a brewing process of at least 3 months.

7% ABV

Vicaris Winter is a dark brwon beer brewed with 3 types of malt and 2 types of hops.
The Winter is the only Vicaris beer with spices, more notably licorice and star anice and is ideal to enjoy during cold winter evenings.

10% ABV

Oude Geuze, Traditional unfiltered blend of home-brewed lambics, from spontaneous fermentation. Made with different vintages of lambic, aged in oak barrels.

5.5% ABV

This Mega Blend Geuze is a blend of young and old Lambic from ten HORAL members (Mort Subite, Boon, De Oude Cam, De Troch, Hanssens, Lindemans, Oud Beersel, Tilquin, Lambiek Fabriek and Timmermans), for the occasion of the 13th Tour de Geuze

Vicaris Tripel is a soft and accessible beer with fruity notes, highly recommended to both trained and untrained beer lovers. The mild bitterness and slightly malty tones give this beer a delicious aftertaste. The high fermentation and cold storage on the other give it a pleasant mouthfeel.

Superbia presents itself as an extremely hoppy and fresh beer. It shows its proud taste but hastily. Do not store and drink quickly

Zeven Zonden Gula is a Belgian Strong Dark Ale with a high alcohol content and a sweet taste that is enhanced by the use of various spices, including cardamom, cloves and cinnamon. The beer has a spicy aroma and is rich in taste.

Lindemans Tarot d'Or is the result of a unique blend of high fermentation beer, lambic and various exotic fruits - such as mango, lime and honeydew melon. This blend makes Tarot d'Or a golden blonde, full of character and exceptionally exotic speciality beer.

Winner of a gold medal at the 2018 Great American Beer Festival, Transatlantique Kriek begins its life in oaken vessels of Gert Christiaens? Oud Beersel, a 130-year-old lambic brewery in the Zenne valley of Belgium ? home of authentic Lambic beer. After time spent aging in wood, Oud Beersel?s lambic is blended with tart Polish cherries and shipped across the Atlantic to New Belgium. In concert with Oud Beersel?s cherry lambic, or Kriek, we blend an equal portion of golden sour ale matured for 1 ? 3 years in our oak vessels called foeders. 50% Sour Golden Ale blended with 50% Traditional Cherry Lambic Ale leads to an intense cherry nose, a sour flash across the palate and a refreshing, mouthwatering finish
