Blackshore is a smooth, easy-drinking stout, named after the black-tarred fishing huts that line Southwold's harbour. They are individual, characterful and made of sturdy stuff. It is brewed with a hefty mash bill for a rich, broad malt character. You’ll find Pale Ale, Brown, Double Roasted Crystal, and Chocolate malts, alongside Roasted Barley and a hearty helping of oats. Unit price per3 Fonteinen Framboos is the result of macerating hand-picked whole raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic.
The raspberry lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the raspberry lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Framboos. Unit price perOude Gueuze is an appellation controlee : its label is protected. It is also known as the champagne of beers, especially as it is only available as a limited edition. Timmermans Oude Gueuze?s special flavour derives from its time-honoured method of preparation. It is a blend of old lambic, which has been aged for three years in wooden barrels, and young lambic which ensures spontaneous fermentation in the bottle. The different lambics are carefully selected by the brewer to obtain a perfect flavour. After it has been produced, Timmermans Oude Gueuze, which is refermented for four months in the bottle, continues to improve for 20 years.

Unit price perDrie Fonteinen Golden Doesjel is blend of one-, two-, three-, and four-year-old lambic that did not carbonate, making it a doesjel (lazy) beer. It has been released twice in 375ml bottles. It is labeled as 6% ABV.
Golden Doesjel was first released in late 2013 after being bottled in April 2012. A second batch was bottled in May 2013 and released in early 2014. It is unclear where the four-year-old lambic comes from for these blends. The beer saw widespread distribution including in the United States and Canada. Both batches of Golden Doesjel would have been released as Oude Geuze Golden Blend had they refermented in the bottle.

A “light”, brown abbey ale with a deep colour with red reflections, chocolate, coffee and liquorice aromas and a touch of aniseed and white fruit notes. The first sip is full-flavoured, with a hint of acidity which heightens the roasted notes provided by the special malts. Malted flavours are prominent on the palate. The finish is particularly long, mainly acidic with a hint of sourness and a faint bitter aftertaste. Served cold, the spicy aromas will come to the fore, whereas when served at cellar temperature they give way to toasted, biscuit notes. Worth rediscovering again and again.

They are slowly absorbed into the lambic, which develops a fruity character and a ruby red colour. Oud Beersel Oude Kriek is unique of its type in that it contains around 400 grams of cherries per litre. Oud Beersel Oude Kriekhas no added sugar and contains no artificial flavourings or preservatives.
the Oud Beersel Oude Kriek has a pleasant sourness of champagne. The real cherries unveil an overwhelming fruitiness and the touch of almonds of the pip completes the joy. The spontaneous re-fermentation marries the cherries with the lambic and form together a pleasant tasting experience.
