Join The Dots is a new topped-up-to-the-brim kettle sour that's been given our full Ice-Cream Smoothie Treatment. Starting with a lactose and wheat heavy base soured with our house lacto culture, we?ve then gone and rolled up some mean dots of mango, raspberry, blackcurrant, and marshmallow, with a touch of vanilla ice cream powder. This Export Porter opens with an inviting aroma of coffee, roasted malt and a hint of burnt sugar. The body is medium to light, which makes for a pleasant and drinkable mouthfeel. At first sip you taste the full flavour of coffee, supported by sweet notes of caramel. As the flavour develops, nutty accents emerge, followed by a subtle hint of chilli that provides a warming finish. The combination of these elements makes 'Sorachi & Sriracha' a unique and balanced porter with a slightly spicy twist.

Midnight Knockout introduces a brand-new Imperial Pastry Stout featuring over eight types of specialty malts, an extended boil, and a double dose of sweet Bega lactose. With heavy-handed additions of toasted almond & coconut, Swiss chocolate squares, and US marshmallow, these flavours mind-meltingly meld together, offering a powerful and rich indulgence perfect for the coming darkness. Dark mocha in colour, bordering on black, and boasting a viscosity akin to oil, this stout stands as one of our most ambitious creations yet.

Bitters were the dominant beer style in English pubs from the 1960s to the 1990s, until it was surpassed by light lagers. Amber coloured and surprisingly full of flavour given their low alcohol content, they are arguably the ultimate session beer. Keep it Real is our modern interpretation of a traditional Bitter, brewed with all English malt and hops.
